And nullification is not more peaceful than secession. Secession can be 100% peaceful if the other states just let a state go. If they don't choose to allow it, there will be war. Just as if they don't choose to allow nullification, there will be war. And they are more likely to allow secession than nullification because a state that secedes cannot still partake of all the benefits the other states are providing.
