Whoops, I had a bug since the url change that I never realized -- it affected CE the most since the bot was only reading 1 page per topic in each hourly run and halted a board scan when 20 topics were read (since it assumed all scanned topics were up-to-date) I can do a simple fix (although gradual) right now in the meantime while I make the scan_topic function loop to the end of topics either way the full fix will be done by the time anyone reads this
