I don't think I've ever seen someone talk about this. It's hilarious to me. I learned in school that most young adult pregnancies happen in the lowest socio economic classes. Those 30 million people that didn't have insurance before The Affordable Health Care Act, guess what? They're a giant part of teenage pregnancies. The lower middle class who had garbage insurance before The AHCA was a giant part of those pregnancies. Lastly, it's going to be a grind before you can even get monetized because as part of the change in rules you have to have 1000 subscribers and 4000 watch hours within the last year to be eligible to apply for the YouTube Partner Program and be reviewed which is required for monetization.

So treating it as an immediate job, or get rich scheme really isn't practical. Unless you're one of the rare ones that's able to skyrocket, it's going to be years of grinding before you're even making rent money off your channel.

Damn!! I have a youtube channel that I started in 2007. The channel has a couple videos with over 100k views. One even has 300k. Do I get to bypass the new monetization rules because I created the channel so long ago?

For example, my mom made a youtube channel around that same time (2010). Don't ask lol.... Maybe I can just take her account, change the name, and delete all her older videos and start uploading my own. She has uploaded maybe 5 videos and they were all 10 years ago, but I know she had ads on her vids of 15 views lmao.

Good luck. YouTube is extremely vague about their rules and terrible at being transparent with people and notoriously will shit on smaller channels. Most of the big channels have a MCN with a contact at YouTube they deal with issues with.

You'll have people like Logan Paul who can go looking for a suicide victim in the suicide forest in Japan, can put the dead body in the thumbnail, and show a random hanging suicide victims face, crack jokes about him, go through his pockets and shit and not only have it monitized but also put on the featured list, which obviously has some level of manual curation because it doesn't simply put popular videos there, and then not even get a strike or anything either, he self deleted it because of the backlash.

If you did that your account would've been terminated, if he does it he gets featured and has ads on it.

Tons of popular channels have lots of swearing, are edgy, and are still monetized, but your milage will vary.

They also make a big deal about harassment and bullying yet you have bigger channels who do shitty diss tracks and shit insulting others, even though it's mostly all fake and fabricated drama for views, they're still doing it.

To put this into perspective; many of the best WWE wrestlers are worth about that much; $3-6 million. Most NFL players are worth $3-8 million.

My point? Practically every you tuber who records, is making the same amount of money as an NFL rookie, a WWE wrestler like Sean Michaels, and a rookie in any Pro Sport honestly. Not to mention they are obliterating household records. Average person in US makes $14/hr, which is $2400 monthly without tax deductions... A yotuber with 2m subs will likely accurate 640,000 views daily on his videos, which in Google Adsense formula equates to $12,000 DAILY.. WHAT THE ****?

I certainly have thought about it! Im motivated to build a gaming/editing PC now and start a YouTube! Lol!

Yeah, CLA 45 was one of the cars I looked at the most.

Oh sh** are you gonna buy it?! Post some pictures for us. I just saw a guy driving it when I was driving home. That thing sounds so sweet, the AMG exhaust are some of the best in the business. I heard crackles and Pops and mini rockets when he flew by me. Definitely a head turner. And it is a rocket, something around 3.5 sec for 0-60? That will throw your ass back in the seat pretty good.

The 45 is not considered entry. Any AMG series is a thoroughbred sports car. Likewise for M series. Theyre supercharged beasts. No different than buying a mustang, it just so happens the sports engine is placed in the shell of a luxury car on the outside. And you definitely pay for it lmao. That new E class AMG that has Lamborghini 0-60 speed is $110,000 MSRP I believe.

Edit: same thing for the new 5 series M sport BMW. 0-60 in 3.0 seconds. The new E class and 5 series sport versions are MONSTERS. That kind of speed in a straight line equals most Ferraris and lambos. Makes me think, why pay 400k for that Ferrari when ill Get the same straight line performance for 100k. Albeit I wont be able to corner as good, but who the hell takes 90 degree corners, we all drive in the city, get real.

Only young idiots, and old fools buy the entry models for luxury cars. Which ironically, is the ones you see the most on the street... you rarely see an S class. It shows peoples intelligence. It isn't until you hit ~30 where you get a real wage. A third of that salary is taxes.

If you make 200-300k youre in the highest tax bracket. It is more than a third. Closer to 39%.

Well, if youre really smart you would get a trade degree, make decent cash, save it up and start a small business. Boom, in ten years you will make a doctors salary. Money is so easy to achieve in America it is laughable. Thats why everyone comes here to live.

Before you spit on me, understand that half of my friends are very well off and they are illegal.. hows that for a shocker. Ill even tell you what they did. They took my advice when we were in our late teen years. A couple of them went the trucking route.

Example: buy the cheapest apartment you can get. Theres many places that rent for $700-1000. If youre really smart, get Roomates. Youll pay 200 bucks per person in the house. Next get a trade degree like a CDL. Start driving trucks for $50k a year. Put EVERYTHING aside. No fancy cars, tech, no waste on BS that you dont really need to survive. Just buy clothes, food, water, insurance. After 3 years you should have saved up anywhere from 40-80k in cash depending how smart you were with your taxes.

He then used the 80k to buy a new semi truck. It had like no miles on it. He drive coast to coast for the next 4 years making 150-250k a year in earnings. He applied the same strategy from above. Next I advised him to buy a small fleet of trucks, hire dispatchers, get a good deal on company insurance, hire a manager and call it a day. He sits on his ass and his trucks are making him a six figure salary. This has been done a million times in America. Its called the American dream. Start a company.

My route was totally different. I advised him the trucking route because he didnt speak English, and he couldnt go to school. So his options were LIMITED. Figure that... a man with limited options is a Millionare. Only in America.

People keep telling me in real life that they are excited cus the new tax bill will lower their taxes. More money for everyone! Yay right? No... im Not sure if people are stupid and cannot read, but if you read the bill online in its entirety you will see that it lowers your taxes for the first few years, brings it back to threshold, and then raises them higher than previously. I dont understand people who support officials that want to take away your money. By 2030 you will be paying way more in taxes than you are now.

When a man came out and said he wanted to make tax equal for everyone, no advantages and no disadvantages; few people came to his rallies.. instead, 100 million Americans came to trumps rallies.

Listen, if you are in poverty, working class, middle class, upper class, and/or a small business owner, you should be voting for equal tax politicians!! Thats practically 99% of America that fits that bill! All the doctors and small business owners who pay 35-39% tax, dont you ever get fed up of your million dollar salary because sucked out like that? When the billionaires run evasive techniques and pay a 15% cap on their salaries?

Ahh I see what youre saying. My S class is by no means in that category. People probably go for the sporty ones like BMW cus they enjoy that sharp turning rigid chassis feeling where youre planted to the road. I must be the only young guy on earth who prefers luxury over sport lol. My s class glides over bumps and road imperfections. It feels like Im on a cloud when I drive. I never knew why people prefer hitting 0-60 in 3 seconds. Were on the street people, were not on a race coarse/track LOL.

SUPER IMPORTANT: this is something that many do not know unfortunately.. engaging in oral sex while having an outbreak of Herpes I will actually give you Herpes II (genital herpes) which is the bad kind. Youre ****ed if that happens.

You read that right.. so please be responsible. If someone has a simple cold sore, DO NOT let them eat you out or give you a blow job. There is an alarming chance that your body will procreate HSV-2 (genital herpes). Something so mindless thats not a big deal like cold sores, can give you hell.. life is strange.

Im really sorry to tell you this, but you now have herpes. I agree with you, that was crap for her to do that. Couple things: majority of Americans have or get cold sores, also known as Herpes Simplex Type I, or HSV-1. It is oral herpes and a large portion of the population has it. Hell, many kids get it as kids just by touching and kissing objects through their youth and adolescent years.

The big issue with it is that it is so common, that people have lost touch with the fact that it is a serious disease. She figures she has a cold sore, and she doesnt care because everyone she knows gets cold sores... So shell just say fuck it and kiss you? You now 100% have HSV-1. It sucks, the cold sores will happen a couple times a year, just get some cream for it. She is a piece of s***.

Believe it or not people, there are a few lucky individuals out there who never managed to get HSV-1 throughout their life! It must be nice not having to deal with cold sores. So dont go around spreading to anyone just because you think its not a big deal since majority of people have it.
