I don't think that it's "the hardest level in the game". It just got overblown due to the circumstances about being the last level. If it got even a single clear in its first year then it would have been treated like a more "usual" hard level of its era among dozens of other comparable ones. it wasn't even considered the hardest level from that specific creator - they had an even more ridiculous one that got cleared earlier because it was seen as such --- thelefty for analysis crew 2008 imo -transience I have a third degree burn in flame-o-nomics -Sir Chris |

Not sure if you're referring to the puzzle gameplay elements.
