If it's one of those "don't win anything unless you have every number in the correct order", then yes it would be easier playing the roulette. But if it's one where having 2 numbers out of 6 or 7 nets you a free ticket or some super low gain, then it's easy. Imagine doing magic with that ability. "pick a card, any card", and you'd know. Heck, shuffle the deck, you'd know the card order instantly. Think of a word? I know what word it is!
