Normally I'm fine, because i only have a little bit to get a buzz and then stop. But Saturday i had like 12 beers, woke up with no hangover yesterday, but after like 5 hours i got nauseous and was throwing up bitter bile. Today I'm shitting bile and my kidney hurts lol. Definitely no more drinking for a while. --- |

It's been entirely diet change. Cut out soda except for like, once a month. Cut out most sugar entirely actually. Don't get takeout except for weekends, where i allow myself to eat what i want(just small portions) and drink. During the week i eat mostly fish, chicken, veggies, fruit, and whole grains. And only drink water. Weekends are my red meat time. --- |
