All I can think is you don't understand subtlety or context. I hate the sjws as much as the next guy but there was none of that in wolfenstein 2. The whole schtic of that couple was that the whiny little dude thought he was a cool "brotha" because he had him a strong black woman. I don't think they ever said anything about how interracial couples are totally cool and you totally shouldn't judge them and stuff. It was also set against the backdrop of the civil rights movement which was a big theme for the game.

And what part of the the fat womans part had anything to do with fat shaming? Her mother had been bullying her for years and, when others continued doing it, she snapped. It never said anything about shaming fat people. It was just that she was tired of being made fun of and had enough. They were constantly calling her a Nazi too.

This. I don't know if it's because iPhones are fragile crap or if it's just because so many people have them that you see it. I've dropped my Samsung from about 6 feet and nothing happened.

The past week or so Netflix has only been showing the first fifty movies on my queue. The rest haven't been deleted because if I search for movies it still shows them as being on my queue. I have over 200 movies and shows on their and I'd kind of like to be able to see them.

The original as well as 2 are fantastic for their own reasons. Both are some of my favorite games. 3 is fun but it's Ubisoft Game: The Game 4. The formula gets old quick and 4 is identical.

You say that, but before this the push - back was "where is the proof? where is the research to support? The jury is still out."

So now, for better or worse - you have folks out here willing to do the research needed to show raw statistics about this plant, and sure enough now you get folks (like yourself) willing to say that the justifications are too much/too extreme/unnecessary....which one is it?

This is how R&D works: it's not just for justification, and it's not the researcher's fault that the American people and our idiotic government rested on outdated ideals that slowed down that very research needed to at least get an understanding of a fucking plant.

The thing is, none of the research has anything to do with recreational use which is what people want it legalised for. If there's good chemicals in the plant they can strip those out and synthesize them with no problem. Any medical properties it has has nothing to do with people wanting to roll a fat one. Its not a miracle plant that needs to be researched right now and people only use the science to justify a hobby.

He's really good at creating an echochamber. He presents things so obnoxiously that if it's not something you agree with you're not going to watch him, and if you do agree with it you don't need to watch him anyway. In the beginning of the video he literally says if you don't agree with him you can fuck off and if you get mad it's your fault for watching. Doesn't exactly breed discussion. And like you said he pretty much just picks whatever internet nerds are mad about at the moment and gets mad at it too.

Wasn't part of the point of the movie that Mjolnir was irrelevant because Thor had his power and it just acted as a focus and that Asgard's most important part was the people? Odin's lines literally are "You are not Thor, the God of Hammers" and "Asgard is not a place but a people" IIRC.

But still, if someone burned your house down and said "Home is where the heart is" would you just be cool with that? It's about getting over loss, not that Asgard just never mattered to begin with.

Revelations is one of my favorite RE games. It felt exactly like what an update of the original games would be. Revelations 2 was a pretty good Resident Evil 4 2 but it had some lame gimmicks and the linear nature compared to the first game was bleh.

The tonal clash is what made me dislike the movie.

Like there's two stories being told. The fall of Asgard, and the journey of Thor/Hulk.

It was handled weirdly, and due to the "silly" tone of the film overall, the fall of Asgard stuff isn't given the emotional weight it needs.

Like Thor is a guy who's just lost his home, his dad, his hammer, and his friends, and yet the whole movie he's just wisecracking and being a goof off.

Pretty much this. It was a really good movie and the jokes had a pretty high landing mark but there was this crazy hardcore story in the background that they just didn't feel like giving the time and emotion to. And the fact that they couldn't let any serious moment happen without a punchline or pratfall.

Get a better digestive tract.

When I originally played it I just thought it was a pretty good game. Looking back and playing it again... they really don't make em like that anymore.

I'm sick of it. Hollywood hasn't had an original idea in a hundred years. I long for the times when all movies were completely original and the thought of a sequel or adapting some other story were completely unheard of.

I don't know if i'd buy it but I would definitely play it. Making exclusive sequels to previous games is still not really cool though.
