It is easily the worst DC animated feature I have watched. Nowhere near the quality of Mask of the Phantasm, Under the Red Hood, or Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker. You know what's funny? I actually found myself nodding off while watching Year One and Dark Knight Returns. So far I've only seen those two, plus The Killing Joke obviously, and Assault on Arkham from the DC animated movies. I absolutely love Assault on Arkham. I also can't wait for Batman and Harley Quinn next week. --- These pretzels are making me thirsty! |

It's still good of course, and I love the Avatar origin story (plus it introduced us to Varrick) but just overall it's the weakest. I found Zootopia to be extremely overrated. Saw it in theaters and it just... didn't do it for me. It's certainly not a BAD movie but I've had literally no desire to watch it again. Maybe I'm just a sucker for a classic Disney "princess" movie with awesome songs but I thought Moana was soooo much better. And Tangled is my third overall favorite Disney movie, right after Aladdin and Lion King. What a fantastic movie. --- These pretzels are making me thirsty! |

It'll be cool having legitimately your own place" And then part of me is like "you don't want to do that, it's way too expensive. Just get an apartment or something" And then another part of me is like "gross, you don't want to share your living space with complete strangers, don't live in an apartment. Build yourself one of those Tiny Houses. Those are affordable and it'll be your own thing" But then another part of me is like "but won't that be kind of a pain in the ass getting water and electricity hooked up? And will you even be able to find a place to keep your Tiny House?" It just seems like so many complications, but I need to move out soon. I'm way too old to still be living at home, but they certainly don't make it easy these days. --- These pretzels are making me thirsty! |

By the time the LEGO Hobbit game came out, the second (and final) movie would've been out. So my guess is that the LEGO Hobbit game was always scheduled to come out that year, and we all know the decision to make three Hobbit movies was a pretty late one, so maybe for whatever reason, Travelers Tales couldn't push back the game for another year. But then the only thing that contradicts that, is all that stuff with battling Smaug at the end of Desolation was actually added in fairly last minute (because they needed a climax for the second movie now that it was the second movie), but that's all in the LEGO Hobbit game. What I want to know is: did they ever actually create content for what became The Battle of the Five Armies and withheld it for eventual DLC? There's got to be some interesting behind-the-scenes stuff here. --- These pretzels are making me thirsty! |

He made an amazing duology with an acceptably sufficient ending tacked on. This. I don't know what it is about Rises, but that movie just doesn't do it for me. It's not bad but it's just not that good, and I don't even know why. Begins and The Dark Knight are both fantastic though. Rocksteady's Batman, ironically enough, had the same problem.
