Really it should be the other way around. Anyone who does use their reproductive ability should have to pay the state a large sum of money every year after they have their first child and if they can't they should either accept sterilization to prevent them from doing it again or if they refuse that they should be incarcerated to atone for their sins and prevent more.

If most other anti-homeless legislation is anything to go on, they'll be fined, obviously never pay that fine, spend a night or two in jail for missing their court date for not paying said fine, then pick up where they left off when they get out and repeat the cycle again. Periodically, if too many homeless people are gathering in one spot, you'll see large police raids to disperse them, at which point they'll go somewhere else.

The end result of this, of course, is a whole lot of money spent on police and legal resources with absolutely nothing to show for it and a homeless population that will never never have the credit rating they need to rent a place of their own (since those missed fines destroy it). But hey, at least some voters might not have to look at quite as many homeless people. That's gotta count for something, right?

Nobody, this TC loves making shitty bait topics he know will create controversy. Almost everything he posts is either racebait or gender/incel bait. In this case he managed both. Duckbear pulls off this gimmick far better. Crazier stories and his exaggerated posting style means you at least know he's not expecting to be taken seriously.

They worked fine as main tanks the years I played unless something has changed, depending on the patch they were sometimes considered the best tanks. There wasn't really a core difference between their tank spec and the other two tank specs.

Due to the way their shielding worked there were some patches where their damage would spike too high, but I don't think that was ever the norm or intended function.

DPS always seemed to be a bigger challenge to balance, for a long time there were "main" DPS classes and "off" DPS classes with like a 10%+ damage difference.
