Welp I was wrong. He got the second daughter fired because she got pregnant and i got that mixed up with one of the two actresses on the show that he raped. The person was lili Bernard who was a guest star on a episode, she was pregnant on the show so I got that mixed up with the reason the second daughter got fired. The second daughter also has spoken out that he had a dark energy or something and I thought her response was her coming out as being one of them as well. But I mean there was 60 woman that he raped, my bad for getting some of them mixed up

Just put up your legs while you rest, and accept that you'll be sore for a bit.

Nowadays I don't really feel the soreness. I do a real deep sort of knuckle massage on my legs before bed, which helps.

I usually get to the point where I'm not, but it been ages since I've done any kind of exercise.
