If you are playing the Zero-ZX Legacy Collection, then turn on the "Save-assist" feature in the menu before play the game. Trust me, this help a lot.

Yeah if you're new to the games, this is a good way to play them. You get to see the story and all the levels and bosses, and dying isn't overly punishing.

No no I get what you're saying, and I agree, respect what people want to be called. But Chris Chan is NOT trans. Yeah I don't know, I've been watching some streams and youtube videos. Combat looks a little stiff. Like I understand the appeal of having to commit to an attack, but it looks worse than that. It's hard to explain. And my understand is to level up, questing it awful and a waste of time. Apparently the fastest way to level is you just go out into the world and gather a bunch of random crap, then you go to a town and go to the quest board and accept and hand in all the quests with all the random crap you collected. Gross. Also I watched a stream of the "hardest" dungeon in the game. And the mechanic for the final boss was at 66% he breaks the right side of the arena, 33% he breaks the left side, 5% he counts down to 0 and if you don't kill him before that then you die. Wow. Really pushing the envelope with that raid mechanic Amazon. :P

Honestly, the game probably does have fun parts about it, and some of these issues will probably be fixed. But just everything I've watched, I 100% do NOT understand all the hype.

Oh, and yes, I did have the fix the font, and I recommend you do that if you pick these games up. Hopefully if there's a console release they fix the font themselves, cus oh boy will that suck if they don't.

This is what it looks like after the fix. MUCH cleaner. Although I would have preferred if they used the blockier pixelier font for the whole game instead of just the damage numbers. But, overall, these games look good!

I got FF1 and 3, and first thing I noticed was the font is AWFUL. Thankfully there's a fix. It *might* cause the text to overflow, but so far I haven't noticed it.

Also, it's really cool that a 2D version of FF3 is finally available in the US! Haven't touched FF3 yet, but other than the font, the FF1 remaster seems pretty solid so far.
