They also confirmed a proper Steam Deck 2 is on the way, but still at least 2-3 years out.

I'm honestly surprised Sony hasn't even announced the next Spider-Man yet. They were doing a great job of spitting them out every two years, even with a pandemic, so I certainly expected them to have another one almost ready to go by now.

Those shows made sense when we were operating under the idea of having 5-6 shows a year, with half of them starring established characters. It doesn't work when we're down to 2-3 shows, and they're all the spin-off characters.

Special 1-7 100%ed. The hardest part of 7 for me was landing on the goomba in the beginning. >_>

I was so scared when I got to the top that the flag would also require speed and reflexes, but phew.

Dang, too bad it doesn't include Mario RPG pre-orders.

mfw I make it the furthest I get, get past the 1-block jumps, and then the long platform disappears under me... and I notice as I'm dying that there are MORE 1-block jumps after that. ;_;

I enjoyed Cat Quest 1 a lot, but I kinda just bounced off 2. The second character made the game worse, imo, but it's probably fine if you actually play multiplayer.

I visualized Utonium first but X was the first name/word that popped up. So count that how you want.

It turns out failing this stage over and over and over again is at least a decent way to grind for standees. Only need four more!

I suppose the problem could also be that I'm trying to jump too fast. Slowing down at that part feels so counterintuitive, though.

I just completed special 1 with only a few deaths, but then died probably 50+ times on special 2. It may just be beyond the capabilities of my reflexes. Most runs end in the same spot when it gets to climbing the 2-block walls, and I know my problem is that I'm not letting go of A fast enough to press it again, but knowing that doesn't seem to make it any easier to improve it.

Credits rolled. Don't know if I'll push through all the special stages, but I mostly had a fun time.

And World 5 is the first special stage I get the checkmark for. After like 30 lives. It probably would've been much less if I had made the effort to get a power-up after each loss, but ehh.

World 3 is the only other special stage I've beaten, but I missed the first 10 coin and the flag.

I'm flipping all the tables.
