Yes, and also Charlton Heston is in it, but just for a short while at the beginning and end, while much of the story concerns a Heston lookalike that obviously would've been Heston's role if they'd been able to use him for the whole movie. This. I avoid eye contact and found out this is a common trait of people on the spectrum, which led to me taking the autism spectrum quotient, where I got a high score, and that in turn led me to seek out a professional who then diagnosed me.

But even things like the quotient can only point to red flags, they can't tell you you're on the spectrum. Like, lots of people with ASD have social anxiety but that doesn't mean everyone with social anxiety has ASD.

I was at the clinic today and they handed me a tablet asking me a lot of medical questions, most of which was info they already had about me anyway, but one thing that was new was they asked about my sexual orientation and this was REQUIRED info, couldn't skip it. Straight, bi, gay, other, undecided, decline to answer (why not just let you skip the question instead of making you mark that?)

I noticed another question where they were asking people to let them know if they're trans, genderfluid, etc, .

I can see how this information could be useful and I'm sure the clinic itself is asking in good faith, but my problem is with people acting in bad faith (like most of the politicians in this state) potentially having or obtaining access to that information, so I just marked down straight.

I made a separate youtube channel for my Spanish learning where every single video is in Spanish. This makes things more convenient for me as things were a lot more confusing when I just had all my Spanish content mixed with the English on my main youtube page.

Dreaming Spanish is also a pretty cool source, it's all in Spanish and they use things like puppets and drawings in the beginner videos so that you understand what they're saying. Now there might be other reasons for this like some kind of mental health issue going on, but my brother's abusive ex-wife definitely pretended to be overly sweet and have a different personality/voice/mannerisms when she was around our family, even using a fake girly voice around us, but my brother would tell me he was baffled by the fact that this wasn't how she sounded when they were alone together.

Also in the rare occasions she would let him contact us (or he was doing it behind her back) you could sometimes hear her in the background and hear the real voice. I said, "who's that voice I'm hearing? Y'all have a friend over for dinner?"

He said, "nah, that's [his ex-wife's name here], that's her real voice that I've told you about before, the one she uses when she's around me."

Cave diving sounds like a great way to give myself a heart attack.

Hell, I couldnt even last more than ten minutes playing Subnautica and there isnt even scary shit at the start.

Yeah, I've been in one of those tourist caves you can walk through and that's as far as I want to get. No way I'd go crawling around in some cave system where I could get stuck in a hole or crushed in a cave-in, etc. And then add deep sea diving to the mix where there's even more that can go wrong, and it's a big Do Not Want.

Even that tourist cave I went to made me feel claustrophobic in parts because there were areas where you had to kneel down to move forward.

They have those same people running their racket at Sam's Club here. They stand near the front of the store to try to catch you as you walk by and try to make their pitch sound like it's just a friendly inquiry. Most people don't take the bait, but I'm still surprised at the number of folks I see carrying on with them.
