Constitution is for deepthroating. I think I'd say you could roll either Dexterity or Constitution. If you choose Dexterity, your character did a lot of wacky tongue tricks. If you choose Constitution, your character just sloppily gobbled like a champ.

Charisma and Wisdom make no sense. Charisma is how you'd convince someone to get a blowjob from you. Wisdom is how your halfling character figures out that they shouldn't fellate that minotaur. I think the only benefit Charisma might have is if it's an indication that you character is extremely attractive. Then maybe you just lower the BJ DC a bit to indicate that the receiving NPC is already a little easier to finish off because he's so attracted to the character.

CHA is all about picking up on someone else's signals and altering your style to fit what they're responsive to.

What you've agreed to (using RAW) is a person who either wastes turns to become a useless sack of crap, or define a whole new stat block based off what they did. Not to mention runes have to be on an item, a squirrel might be able to activate the rune sure. You still have to place it on am item the squirrel can use and have them drop all equipment.

Hell yes I'd let em do it. Hell, in my campaign it would take one round because my understanding of object interaction rules is that this is all doable in the same turn (happy to be proven wrong on this point).

Let players do dumb shit. If your campaign can be ruined by a player being underpowered in combat, you gotta diversify your campaign to include more encounters that can be solved with the addition of a massive squirrel.

If the other players don't appreciate it, you have another issue on your hands of players wanting different things. But as the DM, your job is to facilitate the stories your players want to tell, and this sounds like it would make for a memorable campaign.

My neurological makeup decreed it.

Pretty much the only way I can be happy is by having an exceptional day. And of course, the obvious answer (make every day exceptional) doesn't work because then exceptional just becomes the new average and I'm back to square one.

So I just do my best to get through the day without feeling like a failure despite having an objectively great life. But nothing short of meds or heavy treatment is gonna fix me.

In the games I've played, once a Dragonstone's power is exhausted (or "breaks") the Manakete can't be used anymore (unless you can somehow get another stone).

Yeah that's gameplay weirdness I'm pretty sure.

My memory of the lore is that dragons seal their power inside dragonstones which has the side effect of removing their draconic form and letting them live as humans. Then they access that power in small amounts to take dragon form selectively (to keep from going nuts).

Fates throws this out the window tho.

I'm not being altruistic lol. I'm rich enough already to live the exact lifestyle I want. I'm more worried about the impending climate disaster impacting my way of life and that of my friends/family. I'd probably pay a million to keep him out of office, and that would be a strict cost/benefit decision with no altruism entering into it.
