And like your post proves, it takes very little effort to look at the pieces they had and make a good coherent story and continuation from TLJ. Totally sour grapes on JJ's part. But while I think it's easy to do better than TROS, I still don't think it's possible to make a good episode 9. I've seen a LOT of takes on it and none hold up. Heck, nothing I can think of works either, and you'd think I could at least come up with something that would appeal to me. Like, feel free to tell me what you would have done. I'm always on the lookout for that miracle plot that fulfills the promises made by eps 7 and 8.
