Question for you tax people.. what does this mean? Credits and withholdings?

Withholdings are amounts voluntarily taken out of your paychecks to minimize how much tax you owe at the end of the year. When you fill out payroll info upon being hired you would choose how much to withhold.

Credits are programs or tax law provisions that reduce your tax liability, or even reimburse you cash. If you are a student, there are several credits you likely receive.

As little as you make, you won't owe anything on that. It shouldn't affect much.

I did this with a friend who didnt believe me like a decade ago. She was writing a paper on Abe Lincoln and I went to the page and wrote some random bullshit and told her to refresh.

She was shocked at how quickly a random person could change a Wiki page that easily.
