In the video examples I gave, the girls were very excited and happy, when they were approached. The men elevated the women's state of mind and overall energy. It spikes insulin, and can cause your body to stop mobilizing fat. Calories aren't the only thing to be concerned with. Vegetables are more nutrient dense, more fiber, and barely have sugar, if any.
