Tbh it's kind if a black people thing. People that don't like cologne or perfume usually wear oils. It's in a small vial with a rolly ball at the top and you apply it to your skin.

They smell really good and once I get it in someone's hand and they like the pitch and they like me I tell them "ask me how much" and now they're holding the product, smelling it, AND asking me the price.

I tell them "Just 5 bucks, if you wanna show some love/suppport" They usually have just spent a bunch of money on other stuff because theyre on south beach so they just buy it. Plus tbh I'm really experienced with sales I know how to close people and use lines to make them laugh which usually gets them to buy

So my expenses are covered and I can have potentially 450-500 in my pocket by Saturday. Then I can get more oils and another room for a few nights and do the same thing again. Eventually I'll have enough money saved to get a room for rent or studio in like Over town or Wynwood.

I've also been applying for server positions because I'm great with people and peak season is coming and servers make a shit ton of tips, like hundreds in a shift potentially. So I can even do that part time and still sell oils on the beach.

I also am doing stand up comedy at night, the Miami comedy scene isn't super popping but it's pretty chill and I like the comics here.

So I'm just at a very good space in my life right now. It was a big risk coming out here with no plan and I made some mistakes but things are a falling into place

So I got locked up for selling bud on the beach. Miami is super strict and they charged me with a felony, I had to do 3 weeks in county jail. They eventually let me out and then dropped it to a misdemeanor at court and gave me one day of probation.

So I got out and had no bud or money, (the police took it) and had nowhere to stay. However, I had 15 body oils on me that I was selling that the police didn't really care about me selling so I got those back. I went out first day and sold them for 5 a piece and made like 70 bucks. Went to my homeboys house and crashed on the couch that night.

Next day I took that 70 and went and got 4 of the 12 dollar bottles of oil. Those make like 22 oils each so that's 88 oils right there. I went out the next day on South Beach and sold like half of them and collected like 2 hundred something.

Found this hostel on the beach that's cool af and has a cool party vibe called the Sobe Hostel. I paid 95 bucks and got 3 nights! Breakfast and dinner included, shower, your bed is in a dorm but it's very chill, quiet and has A.C.. I sold the rest of what I had and got more merch and now I'm sitting on like 75 oils and have 125 in my pocket and a place to stay for the next 2 nights. God is good

It's crazy how much the universe provides when you stop worrying about things. I've had some of the craziest yet amazing past few weeks of my life.

I did acid on the beach with a dude that looked like Jesus during a sunrise with beautiful clouds and lightning off in the distance, I've a few awesome sexual encounters with really cool chicks, and I've had a place to crash every night just off of my vibes and the universe.

I been making money selling oils every day on the beach as well so I've even had money for a room some nights.

My homeboy is going on tour for 3 weeks in Virginia and is letting me crash at his crib while he's gone which will be a great opportunity to get a job and have my first paycheck before he gets back.

I originally came back up here to Maryland because of Hurricane Irma. Then I got a job with my cousin, he cleans carpets out of his van freelance. It was actually great money at the time. I met a girl who I ended up getting serious and moving in with. Things were great for a while but then my cousin's car completely broke down little over a month ago. Been out of work since.

Couple that with me and my gf just naturally not working out and here I am.

Florida is not that expensive. There are apartments for under 700 per month. Me and my brother can easily go down there and have a place within a month. Hotels aren't even that expensive, i know one right near the beach that is only 300 something per week. Me and my brother can easily split that and save money.

I have been doing sales for 5 years and can sell anything to anyone. There are tons of tourists out there on South Beach who are spending hundreds of dollars a day. I can spend 50 bucks (which my friends will lend me) and get 25 body oils, sell each of them for 5 bucks a piece. That's 125. I just made 75 dollars in like, 2-3 hours.

Not to mention I'll be helping my brother sell his mix tape for $5 a piece and my other friend just wrote his own book and got it published through Amazon. I can sell his books for $20 and up.

You don't have to work a 9 to 5, you can work for yourself and have money in your pocket everyday. My brother is coming down there with me and between me and him we can easily pull 250 - 300 per day. We'll have enough for a cheap room every night and be able to stack for an actual apartment daily.

Most people can't do sales but I've been blessed with natural sales ability which has allowed me to avoid working a soul sucking 9-5 job for most of my adult life.

This will be an awesome real life Miami adventure. Like GTA 6: Vice City in VR. I'm starting a new chapter of my life and starting from scratch. I'll be doing sales by day and comedy by night. I'm really excited
