Gameking has beaten Furi.

Managed to get through the whole game. That final boss was intimidating at first, but once I figured out his pattern, he wasn't too bad.

I'm pretty conflicted on this game. I really enjoyed the gameplay and style of the whole thing, but it could get incredibly frustrating when I had to redo the first several phases of a boss battle just to get another chance at the final phase.

The best fight was against the swordsman simply because the phases weren't long and the fight was much shorter than the others, making retrying less of a pain.

It's definitely frustrating at times. I've beaten 5 of the bosses in Furi. While fighting the third boss, I was doing fine until his last bar of health and had to keep redoing most of the fight when I died. Felt a little time consuming.

I still enjoy the game, but I have to take breaks after playing a bit.

Gameking has beaten Sonic the Hedgehog.

Replayed it on the Switch with the addition of the spin and drop dash. Wasn't necessarily helpful due to the level design, but definr made it feel better

I'm about halfway through Furi so I probably won't beat it before next months game get picked, but I'll still try to beat it by the end of the month.

Gameking has beaten God of War II and West of Loathing.

Had a good time playing both of these games. Had never heard of West of Loathing before, so I'm glad it got nominated. Wouldn't have played it otherwise. I'll have my noms up soon.

Gameking beat 999

Had a good time replaying this on the PS4. Never played the sequels, so that'll have to happen sometime.

Biggest issue with this version was how they changed the final puzzle. I think it was done better on the DS if I remember correctly.

Gameking has beaten Gurumin.

Definitely felt like a budget title that we don't really see much of anymore. Hadn't played a game like it in ages. It was fine for what it was, but man whenever it needed actual precise platforming, it got pretty frustrating.

I should finish 999 either tonight or tomorrow, so I should have my noms by then.

Finished my first playthrough of 999. Got the sub ending. Haven't played this since it came out, so the details of what happens in the true ending are a little hazy, so I'm looking forward to getting it again.

I've also been playing Gurumin and have beaten three bosses in it. Never played it, but it's got a super nostalgic vibe to it that is really charming. Pretty flawed, but it's keeping my interest nonetheless.

Teslagrad beaten.

Finished this last week with every scroll. It was fine. The presentation was top notch, but the gameplay being frustrating at times held it back a bit.

I've been making my way through Bloodbourne, but unfortunately I doubt I'm finishing it today. Been having a great time with it though.

It being the start of the school year, work's been getting in the way of things, but I have been playing both Bloodborne and Teslagrad.

Teslagrad is a good time, but man can it be frustrating. Some of the timing required in the game needs to be perfect, but the presentation is really solid and I'm still overall enjoying the game despite its flaws. Right now I'm collecting the rest of the scrolls before finishing the game.

Bloodborne is a ton of fun. The only other game in the "series" I've played is Demon's Souls, so it's cool to see how far they've come with this. Just made it to the Grand cathedral and beat the boss there. I'll hopefully make some decent progress this weekend.

Played through this last week and forgot to post. Interesting take on the Zelda formula for sure, and I enjoyed my time with it. Dunno if I'll go back though.

For now, I'll nom Bloodborne and God of War II.
