Come on are you even listening. It's so many layers slowly being added. It is literally painting the emotion on you through audio in tandem with the exposition painting the picture through text. It summarizes the entire game right there step by step. It's also by far the most technically well produced track on the OST.

KH2's prologue was also crazy in that it was way ahead of its time as a precursor to the short narrative vignette games that the western indie scene popularized 5+ years later. Especially since it's a japanese AAA and not even japanese indies were making games like that (although you could argue it took a lot from VNs). It did force some combat and "gameplay" in there which diluted it, but it was still super forward thinking.
