Yes, its a good game. Don't believe all the critics about the linearity. Its JUST as linear as FFX was. In fact XIII might be less linear since at one point the world does open up for some exploration. There was almost none of that in FFX. The story, while good, can be kind of confusing at times so you'll definitely want to read the little journal thing in the game that helps explain some stuff better. I will admit the character Hope was extremely annoying. And Vanille's voice got to me at times. However, Fang, Sazh, Lightning, and Snow were all great characters.

TopicWhy are people who are vaccinated the most worried about rising COVID numbers?

One reason is the rise of new variants. If it continues to spread in host bodies who have not been vaccinated it gives it more strength to evolve at a faster pace and become even more contagious and deadly. We've already seen this with Delta.

She already had 10 grand kids at 47?
Cripes, Idiocracy is already a documentary...

It depends on how many kids she had. For example, If she had 10 kids at a rate of one kid a year starting at age 17 the youngest would be 20 by now. Its plausible then that all 10 had one child.

It was a terrible film. The plot was a thinly veiled replica of the first.

All-Star Athlete
Check
Looney Tunes
Check
Mad Villain who hates the Looney Tunes
Check (the amusement park owner in the first)
Monsters with NBA powers stolen from players
Check
Person in the real world majorly freaking out they lost the super athlete
Check (Wayne Knight in the first, the friend who went with them to the WB studios in the second)
A basketball game where the evil team gets way ahead by halftime
Check
A scene that gives everyone the courage to overcome said Monsters in the second half
Check
A famous actor showing up at the basketball game
Check (Bill Murray and Michael B Jordan)

It was the exact same movie, just with worse acting. I mean, I love Don Cheadle, but he was BAD in this movie. He is a much better actor, just a terrible script. The whole thing about Lebron's kid creating that video game was so cringe too. Like...Jesus.

But I can forgive all that crap, even all the WB "worlds" being thrown in during the recruitment part, and the blatant Matrix references since Matrix 4 is coming soon. The absolute WORST part of this movie, imo, was the "WB characters" at the final basketball game cheering/jeering/etc the entire time. It was so obvious they just cosplay'd a bunch of randos in some of the WORST cosplay I have ever seen and then just told them to cheer or jeer for like 30 min straight and they recorded it. It was so painfully obvious nobody in the crowd knew wtf was going on in the basketball game.

I give the movie a 2/10. The 2 points are just because of the Looney Tunes themselves (mainly Bugs) bashing Lebron's career the whole time, and the characters in Metropolis were based off the Superman TAS art design.

Also its hilarious that the MVP of the game was basically Wiley E Coyote

This is like saying if you smoked cigars don't go to the doctor when you develop lung problems. Or if you're overweight from gorging on doritos or mountain dew don't go to the doctor when you have heart issues. The healthcare workers can't deny them help. Did they make a poor choice to not get vaccinated over some silly belief? Yes they did, but the hospital can't refuse a dying person.

So if you catch covid and have no health insurance youre fucked? Surely thats one where the government takes it on the chin and stumps up the cash so they can stop a mass outbreak of the virus in certain areas?

I just saw an article where a woman had a bill over $1 million dollars after a stay in the hospital. I'm sure there is potential for negotiation if you have no insurance though. Or if worse comes to worse just declare bankruptcy I guess.

Ask people in the South if its made a huge comeback or not. Their hospitals in many areas are already filled to capacity, and in many areas there are more cases then there was last summer.

FFXV was a good game, just not the best FF game. Prompto's photos was a feature I enjoyed immensely. Everytime you camped you got to see the pictures he took throughout the day and it made it feel more like a real adventure. The only other FF game that I felt so entrenched in the adventure was FFX. All the others, they just felt like I was playing a game and watching the story unfold. FFXV and FFX felt like I was part of the world.

I worked with two Karens (names) at my old job. One was a super nice lady, was a great worker, everything great. Glad she was on my team. The other, literally a "Karen" down to the haircut and everything. Always had to get her way, and made sure you knew she got her way, and micromanaged her poor staff like no other.

Based on one study, my fitbit, this is probably true. My step goal is 8000 and the only time I ever reach it is when I mow the lawn. Generally I only take about 4000-5000 steps a day. I do have a sitting office job though.
