Actually, I don't remember that well either. I do remember 5 main points though.

1 - Let him come to you. Turtle him with low block. Your block bar should hold until he makes moves that leaves him at his most vulnerable.

2 - Vulnerability #1: Flying Stomp. Standing block the first hit, then an anti-air move when he's still somersaulting.

3 - Vulnerability #2: When he's squatting down doing jack. Wait for him to throw his inevitable Psycho Shot, then simply jump over and punish him.

4 - Danger #1: Random Somersault Punch. It's as SS3Goku said, incoming Super Psycho Crusher. Make sure you're on the ground blocking.

5 - Danger #2: Repeated standing mid kicks. He'll keep repeating those kicks until your block bar breaks. React with something to reset his AI.
