I just hit Togwaggle with Death Grip, which is essentially the only way I could have won the game with Big Spell Mage.

I have literally never heard of the concept of "streamer luck" pertaining to the game of Hearthstone.

It must be so lucky to get stream sniped and queue into terrible matches.

I've been watching Reynad for the last two hours and he's had that happen to him a couple times already.

I woke up today with a "Win 2 games with any class" quest at rank 4. 7 games later, using a combination of Zoo and Even Warlock, I am at the rank floor and still need to win 2 games.

5-3 with Even Warlock. Lost to Zoo and DR Hunter that both got the nuts with Keleseth into double Fungalmancer and Egg into double proc into Cube.

Then I lost to a Druid deck that I literally have never seen before. I got hit with Living Mana into double Mulchmuncher which is apparently a card that exists and I was not prepared for it.

I watch YouTube and Twitch almost exclusively on my TV through my PS4, except when I'm on the go and using my phone.

I don't really watch anything on my PC, and if I do, I'll run a wire to my TV and watch it there.

I'm switching to Zoo. Control is essentially impossible to climb with right now unless you're willing to sit through 15 minutes of your opponent slowly drawing through their whole deck and playing a Mecha'Thun, Pogo-Hoppers, or Topsy-Turvy every 3 games, and knowing there's nothing you can do to stop it.

If you told me my local Mcdonalds was the worst in the entire city, of which there are two dozen, I'd believe you though.

Ever since they started delivering with Uber Eats and switched over to the system of continually taking orders and making everyone wait after for their food, wait times have gone up to, at minimum, 10-15 minutes for food. I've gone there at 11pm on a Tuesday and waited 25 minutes for two burgers.

I don't even fret about forgetting to remove pickles or onions from a burger, because there have been multiple times where I've ordered a chicken sandwich and gotten a beef patty in it, and vice-versa. I once ordered two Big Macs and both pieces of meat, along with all toppings, came in between the top two buns, with the middle and bottom bun having nothing in between. On both burgers.

It's bad.

I can't imagine caring enough about a job in fast food to want to do anything other than just give the customer what they want.

I work as a "cook" at a concessions stand in a sports stadium, and everytime the cashiers come to the back with a complaint and ask whether we should replace an item, I always wonder how that is even a question.

That $3 chicken sandwich isn't coming out of my pocket, and it's so much easier to just give in to demands, even in situations where they're dumb, than to have to listen to customers who want to argue.

Yeah, if there's one card I wish they moved to Classic, it has to be Dirty Rat. So many of these Combo decks are stupid and if you're playing Control, the entire game is you waiting for them to draw their deck and beat you.

I was really hoping to hit rank 5 tonight but the high rolls are not in my favour. I keep putting myself in a situation where I need to win three to get in, only to win two and lose the third, forcing me to start the process all over. Getting matched up against the rank 5 floor meme decks is messing with me.

I don't think I've ever played a co-op brawl with someone and had them not understand what was going on. I've had ones where they/I didn't play great because it's the first time playing and you're going in blind, but I can't say I've ever matched up with someone who just started smacking me in the face.

The thing is, the game doesn't even allow you to go face with attacks, which should have made it clear to the guy that he shouldn't be attempting to make me lose.

He played 2 North Sea Krakens, and targeted face with both of them. He also had a Corrupted Healbot out but refused to attack into the minions with it to heal me. I was at 8 life and instead of trading it off, he played Shadowstep when it was on 1 health.

I finally understand the skill level of the average Hearthstone player and all it took was the person I matched up with for the Tavern Brawl actively trying to kill me for the entire game. I got hit in the face with "Deal X damage" effects three times, and barely managed to win.

Finally lost my first game of the expansion after starting 6-0, and it was to Mecha'thun. I have a feeling it's going to go from "this is a fun meme" to "Shudderwock" pretty soon.

I got Geosculptor Yip off of an Astromancer, then on my next turn, played a Meteor after dropping Arcane Artificer, which got me a Savannah Highmane.

Seems good.

A couple summers ago I sat down with a friend and my brother to binge watch Trapped In The Closet. I think we made it to chapter 16 or 17 before we gave up.

One time I named my Big Spell Mage "Huge" and that was the most creative naming decision I made in the entire time I've been playing this game.

I've currently got such names as "Control" for my Control Mage, and "Mech Murloc" for my Mech Murloc Paladin.

Riveting stuff.

Control Mage v. Control Warrior

This was my first full game (I had a Druid opponent previously who left the game on turn 3) with this deck after copying the list off of Reddit, so I still don't exactly know the optimal early and mid-game plays, which means I'm positive I misplayed on multiple turns here. I also had no idea what was in my opponent's deck because I left for work right after opening my packs and just got home. In hindsight, I should have known he would've had Dead Man's Hand. I kept playing my spells on empty boards because I figured he wouldn't really have any minions, and I kept struggling with hand space.

I know for sure I played poorly after his Garrosh, but I really wanted to wait until he used up all of his weapon charges to play my second Astromancer. I also walked right into the hero power that cleared my board because I wasn't paying attention and didn't realize it had switched.

I knew after he shuffled in and played the Brawl, my only hope would be to play Alanna and hope he didn't draw the Brawl again.

Crazy game.
