I think a lot of people probably overrate the difficulty/significance of their job, though teaching is probably a comparatively difficult one. It involves being responsible for multiple kids (the vortex of emotions & hormones alone, makes this a minefield), having to deal with the almost always biased parents of those kids, a lot of work has to be done at home, being held accountable for things that may not be directly within your ability to control (that kid who just doesn't care, regardless), & an overall substandard pay grade for all that's expected of you.

I personally felt 3 would have been a better place to end the series; though that doesn't make 6 bad, but it's not nearly as dramatic as 3's ending. Also, the second half of the series just feels so overly different.

Anyway, I'd rank best as somewhere between 3, 5, & 6. 3 has the most plot, tension, & post game content. 5 makes the soul system so much more satisfying & I actually liked liberation missions. 6 just feels like the pinnacle of everything that worked & made the series so enjoyable.

I dunno, it's fun to be able to waste enemies with such overwhelming power that you wouldn't be able to do in a "normal" play, especially if the game bothers to acknowledge your abnormal resources with little Easter eggs for things you shouldn't be able to usually do.

Kazooie was like a normal happy-go-lucky Nintendo game, but Tooie introduced things like towns being destroyed, dead kings roaming the street... 0_o

One of the jinjo families was killed when the digger flattened their house, Banjo's goldfish was trapped under a boulder, & would most certainly suffocate or starve without help, Bottles' ghost's comments on his body, Gruntilda ripped Cheato's pages out in spite for his helping in the last game, & Spiral Mountain in general being devastated.

It mostly goes back to standard cartoony fun by the time Jamjars & Kazooie are ripping on each other, but early parts are super bleak.

I really don't think anyone even uses basic logic to see the problems with these types of job postings. I used to think those claims about the lack of "critical thinking" were just BS excuses to stack mindless busy work for high school & charge more credit hours for college, but looking at these kinds of logical failures make it clear that a lot of people clearly DO need those lessons.

It's like whoever wrote this just can't grasp the fact that no one with THOSE qualifications would even need an internship, especially an unpaid one, to begin with.

To be fair, it's not a COMPLETELY terrible idea, assuming you've worked out what you're going to do long term; there's a reason Starcraft was once known by the meme of "South Korea's national sport". The reality is that competitive gaming can potentially be more lucrative than anything you'll ever get without college/connections, but that's also a very small hill few can ever reach, with even less room for those that do.

Honestly, it's not even really something to be getting worked up over, either way. From my general understanding, most manga, anime, & Japanese game artists are probably guilty of penning some NSFW stuff at some point; the real issue is just finding it. Even Western artists have a history of the stuff, especially now that the internet makes it so much easier to track.

It's a well noted observation at this point. Most younger generations seem to gravitate the more versatile communities of social media such as Facebook & Reddit. Supposedly the actual FAQs still bring in significant traffic, but dedicated message boards seem to be a mostly declining trend in general.

Let's be honest, the subject of "death by swatting" was always a matter of when, & it's kinda surprising it's taken this long for a notable instance to come up. To the people blaming the SWAT team, all I have to say is that SWAT officers aren't your normal cops. If **** actually escalates to the point that they get called in, it generally means the situation needs to be treated as an immediate threat to public safety. I honestly have no idea how the idea of siccing officers specialized to threats such as bombs & terrorists ever became a thing that sounded like a remotely good idea.

I'll concede that his action trigger is useless outside the battle with Jango, but the fact that his weapons have no weight penalty, with one card suit even having speed boosts, means that he's usually got a better speed than most everyone outside hyper mode Marino. Since you don't need his trigger anyway, you can equip him with some low cost sub weapons. the card suits that boots his attack at 75% energy, & he becomes a great utility since he'll get a lot more turns for not needing his trigger. Also, he shares the same hyper mode as Axl, & Joker can be useful for the stat boosts if you don't mind the randomness of his effects.

Prinnies from Disgaea are pretty shit. If you throw them, they explode; monster weapons are the least powerful and their abilities are weak (low damage).

When thrown, prinnies inflict damage of half their HP, ignoring defense, within an area. Stack them HP boost items, & the become a potentially useful pinch for bombing high defense enemies.

I'm not going to lie & say that those black names that are clearly mostly a random jumble of syllables aren't weird, but it's not hard to understand WHY they exist. Black Americans have have spent of their existence being viewed as outsiders to 'White America', & would like to have their own culture. Some got the idea of "reconnecting" with their roots, but the hard reality is that any connections they had have been long since lost, & the best they can do is throwing together some random sounds they think approximate to something vaguely African, or at least sufficiently removed from the culture that's been marginalizing them for so long.

Of course oil companies generally won't attempt this with more affluent communities, since those people do have the resources & means to fight back for their best interests.

I've long since come to terms that if I want to properly enjoy the Yugioh anime, it's pretty much a minimum of subs or bust.

Now, as for annoying new meta BS, Trickstars will go straight to the top of the list. YPro hasn't even incorporated Links yet, & they're already doing such ridiculous shenanigans as wiping out your entire hand as soon as they get started; if they go first, your only hope is a hand trap.
