Personally, I think that the schools being so underfunded they can't even afford to feed their own fucking children is a much bigger deal than whether or not the parents can pay it. They already pay their taxes, they're just not being utilized for the children and their educations.

Why is it a schools responsibility to feed it's students? I never heard of it happening anywhere else.
