I agree. Actually I don't think there's a bad Itzy song, or at least they manage to make all their songs work well, as I think I've said before. I liked this one, yeah kinda simple but still fun. I hear Twice a bit in some parts, it's more of a throwback style they do sometimes, which is nice.

Mmm, sounds about right for you! It's the one I like least, lol... How about the remakes, DCT came out nice and classic.

Conversely (?) I've been watching some Gidle variety and reality/bts because they're too lovely and adorable. And Yuqi is something else, wild.

Imo the best IOI member, more so because she went from being a minor focus in the group to making her own way as a solo artist. Was a little put off when she was endorsing some whitening cream, tho.

I knew who you meant before clicking (I mean she's really the only one that fits). I think it's a pretty widespread opinion. Produce 101 was pretty much made for her: trainee from a small, newcomer, unknown agency, recognized for her talents and charisma, makes the team then goes on to have a successful solo career. It's the trainee dream.

Yeah, I mean it's just a silly theme but at this point it's just not really adding anything. Which is a small shame because everything else is chef's kiss, as expected. But I'm always ragging on everybody (well, not everybody...) for doing the same thing over and over and aespa shouldn't get off scot free just because it's what I like. The thing is the concept still comes with so many motifs and styles we've seen before that regrettably give the whole thing a little played out feel. Oh well, it's still a minor, superficial, ignorable thing, hopefully they just wanted to wrap up the whole Mamba storyline and they'll be moving on to something else. I mean you can still have the avatars and everything, just change it up a little, we've seen them do it. Or like you said maybe even do something different with it.

Rei and Liz really shouldn't have carried their bangs past debut. Not because it looked bad, but it's such a singular look. I understand having dedicated styles for specific releases, but they can get played out.

I see what you mean, I agree that switching it up is good, specially with bangs. Then again some idols carry the same do their whole career, with little variation.

I'm guessing the timeline is consistent, but I feel like the Young Luv album was so good that it's still holding me over as something fresh.

lol they are keeping a good pace, which is good specially when you're this good. I agree, to be honest in the beginning StayC was a little too "teen fresh" I guess is the term for my taste (although still great), but I've liked each new release more than the previous so very much looking forward to where they go next.
