If you want chicken eat chicken. Soy is soy and theres nothing wrong with that. Make something new and different to add into our species unique and complex repertoire of recipes instead of bastardizing the resources we eat to try fooling people they are consuming things they specifically choose to avoid eating! All edible material can be called food and all food is equal in value. We must break our minds from the conditioning of the industrialized food complex to realize this and the real reason we are the apex species of this world! We can consume everything through cooking and processing and therefore the world is our oyster! Be proud of what you eat for what it is because as humans we can gain sustenance from nearly anything!
