I agreed to buy a house, for sale by owner.
The sellers are two siblings. The house belonged to their late mother.
Apparently they don't get along great, which might possibly explain the delay I am dealing with.
Well I have signed the purchase agreement and one of the siblings has signed the purchase agreement. However now I am stuck waiting for the other to sign. Apparently "they are really busy at work right now." Like all you have to do is sign a piece of paper, get on with it already.

Inspections were done last week and no major problems. Biggest issue is the septic tank needs to pumped out, which isn't a big deal.

Here is a shot of the backyard (most of the property sits on the sides of the house) and the woods that sit behind it (I wouldn't own the woods but can go back there if I like).



I'll post pictures of the actual house if/when I close on it.

After playing it some more I am liking it more.

This is the kind of open world game I like. Where just moving around the world is fun and you randomly encounter stuff do to. I also like collecting things in games, so collecting orbs is my idea of a good time. I also like slowly checking off icons on a map which you do here as well.

When this came out I heard people say it felt dated and like a last gen game. Well the last game I beat was the first Infamous, and I can tell you that this controls 100x better than that.

wanted to DL on Gamepass. I do enjoy jumping for orbs, but is the game as bad as people made it out to be?

I am playing it on Game Pass.

Only about 90 minutes playing so far and it honestly just feels like the first two games. Some people will complain that makes it feel dated, but that is what I am looking for, so no complaints so far.

I was just looking at my Letterboxd friends and thought "whoa, that guy watched the same movies as the guy on CE did" before quickly realizing that is why I am friends with you on Letterboxd in the first place.

I actually watched Hack O Lantern pretty recently too.

I think one reason I am not burned out is I like all genres and eras of horror for the most part. So I can get excited about a new Hollywood release as well as a shitty movie from 1983 that I came across on Prime.
