| billcom6 10/01/22 12:29:39 PM #10 | I make fried tofu all the time in my air fryer, here is what I do. Press it dry then cut into cubes. Put some soy sauce, worsteshire sauce, and teryaki sauce on it to marinate, I let it go overnight, but a few hours should be fine. Next I put a little seasoning on it, then add on corn starch, nutritional yeast, and panko break crumbs. I add a little bit at a time and stir it all up making sure it is all coated. Spraying with a little oil or cooking spray usually helps it all stick a little bit better if it is too dry.
