Any automatic watch with a date wheel it is advised to not quick change the date between 8pm and 3am. Not a big problem just move fhe hands so both are down then you can do it

This is a common thing on automatic watches with a date wheel. My Hamilton advises also to not do this in the manual. Most watch manuals should say similar.

Okay, the date thing is true and can be problematic. Basically, the wheel rotates to change the date when it is time slowly, so when it is engaged, usually from 9PM to 3AM, quick setting the date can harm it.

All you need to know is if the hour hand is pointing down, it is okay to set the date quickly. If not, just turn the crown to set the date slowly and then set the time.

Really, the best way to set the time and date to avoid any problems is to turn the hands so the hour hand is in the bottom half of the thing, quick change to two days before the current date, and then manually turn the crown to get it exact from there on.

Picked it up a year ago for 550. It has everything the watch in the OP has except it has a 50M WR, not 200. So outside of washing my hands it doesn't get wet.

Dial looks better in person. It's a great watch. There is something to owning an automatic you don't get with quartz or phones...there is a personal connection to it because you are the power source.

That is super badass. I bet the dial is real way prettier in person.

I have not played much of anything past yellow, but right now I am playing Emerald. My friend told me to get Sapphire, but I mis remembered what he said, so I got Emerald instead.

My thoughts on corporate names is I do not like them, but in general they can be okay...

Corporate names that do not sound absolutely stupid(like, crypto.com field, guaranteed rate field, etc) aren't my favorite, but some are alright like these MLB examples

• American Family Field(kinda hokey but reminds me of when stadiums were called "Veterans Field, or Soldier Field" and stuff like that
• Chase Field
• Citi Field
• Target Field
• Oracle Park

So, these are sponsored names, but just the name in general isn't horrible. Citizens Bank Ballpark isn't the worst, but it is clearly an ad, moreso than these, by directly mentioning it's business in the name.

Then, some that have sponsored names but they've been that way for a while and the company has city history are alright

Come on with that last one, though. The only way you get "Truist Park" is when SunTrust Bank and BB&T Bank merge, and call themselves "Truist" and then buys the naming rights.

My hometown park is PNC park. It IS one of, if not, the best ballparks in baseball but the name is kinda lame. It's named after a bank that was formed here long ago called the Pittsburgh National Corporation that still exists today and has many buildings in the city. But it is kinda stupid.

I am not a huge fan of stadiums with corporate sponsorhip named, but holy god crypto.com stadium may actually be the worst name. Guaranteed Rate field is about equally as bad.
