Nothing but bad stories from the people I know that worked there and the big sites by my house all had covid outbreaks numerous times. Everyone I know who didn't buy a house here 10 years ago has moved way out of the city and has to drive a hour to get to work here or lives with their parents still and are married. It's also becoming increasingly clear that Microsoft's obsession with backwards compatibility and GamePass is basically their excuse to not have anything in development. They are acting like hoovering up every developer they can find will suddenly assuage their problems, but in reality they're doing exactly what EA did in the late 2000s. As soon as it becomes obvious that these companies can't produce the games that make them infinite amounts of money, they'll be shuttered and their IPs will be banked. Your core playstyles is literally locked until you obtain the only good shotgun later and even then it wont be properly upgraded until near Endgame. I'm playing on insanity difficulty with vanguard the best shot gun is the geth one and I got it pretty early.
