Yes and no I don't notice any difference between the 2. I got both at launch with a oled TV and the only difference is the Series X supports Dolby vision across everything from games to streaming but if the ps5 is calibrated correctly on your display they should have the same picture. Also some games run differently on each system but both both ps5 and series X support VRR so that's negligible.

Yea I pretty much skipped that gen, I only played smite and halo 5 for years. Worst gen by far the ps5 and series X are headed in a much better direction though.

Lol at company loyalty is all I have to say to this.

Background noise mostly to have it on while I do other things. Some streamers stream live stock trading which I'm into and I also enjoy watching someone else play through a game I really enjoyed. Or if I'm intrested in a game I'll check out some streams of it. Better than watching a edited YouTube clip of it, live gameplay is far better for determining if it's a game I'd like to buy.

Yea growing up poor I learned the importance of handling money and not living in debt. In comparison to my friends in our 30's now I'm happy with the choices I've made avoiding debt and unnecessary large purchases living a cheap life investing and saving. I have friends who have to move across the country cause they can't afford their mortgage now its sad what's happening.

Yup a recession is necessary to fix inflation and the only way for that to happen is for unemployment to rise along with consumer spending to go way down. Once this housing bubble erupts and banks start making it harder to buy Holmes we will begin to see the start of a major crash. Economist agree we are not headed for a soft landing in the future, I'd hold off on any major purchases imo.

Wages have not kept up with inflation for over 3 decades now, we are well over due for a complete reset. Stimulus checks are a band aid for a much larger problem that has no real solution except for a major crash.

I worked both options at my old job which let you "bank" the extra hours up to 300 a year. I would take those hours to book paid days off while working a 2nd job. I'd work overtime and accumulate the hours, then book days off with then through out year while working a 2nd job. So I'd end up working 3 days at my full time job a week while working another 3 days at my part time job. Still getting paid full hours.
