| alexadorable 03/21/18 8:10:01 AM #63 | - it's fucking cold ---> and summer is fucking hot, i don't see your point - snow and ice doesn't look nice, they're dangerous hazards ---> heatwaves and the sun are also dangerous hazards in some situations, again don't see your point - it's not cosy if you're indoors while it's -10C outside, you're just lucky"---> so it's not relaxing when it's super hot outside either, you're just lucky? - homeless people are literally dying on the streets ---> people always die period, and homeless people don't have enough fluids during summer, they die then too - no one wants to do anything sociable since it involves going outside ---> when it's really hot nobody wants to do anything sociable either since it involves going outside - there's no sun and everyone is miserable ---> there's always sun, and depending on where you live it's less present in winter but that's not the case for the entire world so i doubt everyone is miserable - your bills are high since you're trying to stay warm at home ---> your bills are high since you're trying to cool yourself and your home - you get headaches when you're outside for too long ---> you get heatstrokes and sunburns when you're outside for too long - it's fucking cold ---> it's fucking hot - fellow city CEers, it's annoying when public transport is hot and you're dressed with a thick winter coat, hat and scarf ---> it's annoying when public transport is just as hot as the outside and there are so many people that you basically become one big mushy sweatclump of people My point being that there's something to bitch about during every kind of weather and season. So you can choose to only see negative things and not enjoy yourself, or you can try and romanticise it so you can actually enjoy the pretty things about it. --- tah tah bichachos |
