Looks like YouTube responded, and Act Man was punished because after YouTube ruled that Quantum did nothing wrong (despite the mountain of evidence of doxxing Act Man's family, anti-gay stuff, etc.) Act posted this clearly satirical tweet:

That outfit isn't very revealing actually, and as others have said, Beyonce and other pop stars have worn similar outfits and have not been deemed unfit for kids to watch. There are more revealing outfits at the beach. And splits are automatically sexual now?
