Hell they made an embargo, gave edited copies to people to play before release so they could control the narrative, so they could get that money from consumers who had no idea what was going on behind the scenes.

Nah it's pretty fairly rated. It's nowhere near the game they promised and blatantly lied to everyone about what they were making.

I mean fuck CDPR went so far as to make actual fake gameplay demos that misrepresented what the game actually contained, it wasn't just developers talking up their game like usual.

I bought it this year cause I love the idea and want to support the devs, and it looks like they're doing good updates. But I am still going to wait until it has even more updates. Plenty of other games in the meantime.

1. It's a hell lot more practical-looking. Patterson moved with so much ease and flexibility in his suit. In comparison, go look back at the Nolan suit. It's pretty obvious Christian Bale struggled wearing that suit throughout. It's stiff as hell and that's partially why Nolan's Batman fights like a chump

The noir tone is what made it for me. Even if Batman wasnt the best detective, they had the decency to show him doing legwork at crime scenes.

I still prefer TDK, though.

Why do people keep praising the detective aspect? They certainly made an effort to look like a detective story but Batman was being led by the nose the whole movie and an entire hour of it revolved around him being stumped by a bird pun. He just walked back and forth between the same people asking questions until the riddler killed someone else. He didn't stop a single murder and didn't find the riddler. He didn't solve shit and then he lost. Fuck awful detective.

He discovers a pattern for the murder weapon at the politicians killing. He is given a clue by riddler which leads to a cipher, with Alfred's help he decodes it. He uses the ciphers result to track the victims car, finds the thumb drive, cracks the encryption, then investigates the lounge. After interrogating penguin, he catches wind that selina has a connection to the case, tracks her, interrogates her, then uses her to get more information from the lounge without detection. He eventually uses this information to track the penguin to a drug run, catches him, interrogates him, decodes the clue riddler left him with help from gordon, and investigates the next location after deducting where that leads. He is given more info my riddler, deduced who the next target is(himself) but the attack hits Alfred instead.

All of that is detective work. Now show me Bale or Keaton doing anything close.

I'd say it's because society is told to behave like that. So you had accepted what they were telling you instead of you relying on your own instincts. Being in nature is more natural and liberating than sitting inside soaking in radiowaves from everyone's wifi. Do you have chips and pop with your gaming? Also a contributing factor to that unhealthly lifestyle being forced onto other people.

Same way. Really big shit is somewhat interesting to see in person because you can feel the scale of it better. Otherwise I can just look at a picture of anything and get the same effect. Once in awhile other pretty shit is nice, but it lasts like 5 seconds and isn't worth the actual trip to see it.

Unfortunately, loved ones like that type of stuff and I enjoy them. So I'm often forced to go along if I want to spend time with them sharing something they're into. I dont outright hate it or anything. Just not my thing.

I basically spend half of my day outside most days in weather some people despise (constant rain). You get used to it, things about it bother you less over time. If you can't handle being bugged by the rain and accept it, everything outside will just be a nightmare including the vistas. That said it's not like you have the obligation to like something you simply don't. You do you.
