A few things about this:

1) What are the actual numbers of votes, not percents.
2) If every white person would have voted for Moore, he would have won. So black and white people who voted for Jones got him elected.
3) Don't black people vote democrat normally?

Somehow or another you gathered that something in this statement (it only mentions sending phone calls and text messages) was a violation of my probation. Best case scenario, you misread. You complained before about not being allowed to have your phone recording in court. I pointed out the area that says they are allowed to do that.

You can be all internet tough-guy know it all here all you want. But the fact of the matter is the cops in a city know you on a first name basis because of your antics. Even if my reading comprehension did suck (it doesn't) I would still have that than have numerous court casees against me, court cases in other states against me, PFA's against me (active or inactive) and have public melt downs every time a cop looks at me. By a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG shot.

Upon a finding that the circumstances of a particular case raise special security or privacy issues that justify a restriction on the possession of electronic devices, the Local Administrative Judge or the presiding judge may enter an order limiting or prohibiting the possession of electronic devices in a courtroom or other designated areas of the court facility.

I would think that a guy who records every time he takes a breath, and is going to court for wiretapping and recording without permission, this would be a special case and they don't have to allow you your phone.
