Yeah, can't speak for everyone else. Don't know what else to say with this.

Like, at this point I'm trying to think of a way a second attempt would work better. Something that works more like when you had a topic where you were making individual issues and we "bid" on them to try and keep the issues going, but with our pitched teams. And each week we'd gain the ability to maybe kill a character off and grab a free agent, or trade based on your critiques on what characters would be prime grabs for our team building/who doesn't work.

Of course, other participants/readers could pitch the same ideas of it. Like argue how X character doesn't work on Y person's team, but would be magnificent on B person's team.

I woke up later than I wanted and have been lazy at deciding Fight since it seems it doesn't even matter for me anyway. I gave one argument and no one read it anyway so I just lose every fight regardless. Waste of my time to pick lineups when all I can do is work on pitch when I find a real fatal flaw mine has.

Rams found their stride, but it was against literally the Cardinals, who are competing for a top 5 pick, not competing to top the division. Seahawks won in Seattle earlier and that was even without the new stud in Quandree Diggs. Goff will be back to facing a very tough front 7 in defense.

New York Giants @ Philadelphia Eagles
Eagles might get Howard back, which should start their push to take the division away from the Cowboys, especially after they lost on Thursday.

Level 7: QB, RB, WR: Pick 1 player to throw a touchdown pass, 1 player to rush for a touchdown, and 1 player to catch a touchdown pass. They must all be from different teams, and must also combine for at least 4 touchdowns in their respective positions. Typically you will be picking a QB, RB, and WR, but you may pick players from other positions to fill those roles (i.e. a TE or RB to get a receiving touchdown). You must make it clear what role you are picking the players for if it is not the standard QB/RB/WR or QB/RB/TE. If the player gets a touchdown in a different way (i.e. your rusher getting a receiving touchdown), it does not count.

Level 8: 5 Game Teaser: This is the opposite of level 6. Instead of losing 6 points on each spread, you actually gain 6 points on each spread. But you have to get all 5 games right to move on. So a team favored by 9.5 will now only have to win by 3.5, a team that is getting 2.5 points will now be getting 8.5 points.

TIEBREAKER: This is where the bonus points you have acquired throughout the season come into play. For every bonus point you have, you may attempt a level you have previously passed. You can only "redeem" each bonus point once, but you may spread them out however you choose amongst the remaining weeks. You cannot attempt the same level more than once in the same week (although you can attempt similar levels with the same pick, i.e. Level 3 and Level 6). For each level you pass, you will get points equal to the level number passed (i.e. if you submit a Level 4 pick and get it right, that's 4 points). The total accumulation of these points will be the tiebreaker between anyone tied at the highest level at the end of the season.

Every single game has an O/U in the 40s, they expect far too many teams to just not be scored upon, so time for the return of the old level 4 (higher side) in bonus form.
Bonus: Name a team that will score 30 or more points. You can say none if you think no team will reach 30 points.

Oh god the new topic creation screen is weird. Also again, if you see something I got wrong, I won't be able to fix it tonight, but I'll make sure to make note of it before the update. As for last week, not too many changes, @Dancedreamer was the only person outside of Level 6 to pass on to another level. And many moved on from Level 6 through the Titans, Packers, and @WiggumFan267 on the Bills.

A few ground rules:
-Please say which level you are on when you post your pick. In most cases it will be obvious, but this makes it easier for me to record the picks.
-The deadline to make a pick is at the start of the second set of games on Sunday afternoon (4:25 PM ET). That means no SNF/MNF picks after most all the games have started or finished. You cannot pick a game that has already started.
-The deadline to answer the bonus question is at the start of games on Sunday (1 PM ET).
-Please post the spreads with your picks, it makes it much easier for me.
-I get my spreads from an online site providing lines from several sources, both in Vegas and out. Although these sources may continue to change their lines throughout the week, the ones I post in the topic are frozen and final for our purposes.
-You may use bonus points to skip any level after it is guaranteed you cannot pass it (at the end of the week's games, typically). You may only skip the level before I have posted the next week's topic. The price for skipping is in proportion to the level you are skipping. Skipping level 1 would take 1 bonus point, level 2 will take 2, level 5 will take 5. So on and so forth.

Level 1: Pick a winner. Simply pick one team to win their game. If they win, you go on to level 2.

Level 2: Pick an Underdog to win. You must pick a team that is an underdog to win their game.
Underdogs will always be the team listed second.

Level 3: 2 Games with Spread. Using the spreads I provide, pick 2 games. You must get both correct to move on. Spreads work by giving (-) or getting (+) points. The team that is the favorite to win "gives" points to the underdog. If you choose the favorite to win, they must still win after "giving" those points to the underdog. If you choose the underdog, you would be correct if they win the game after "getting" those points. For example, if a game says "Giants (-2.5) vs. Cowboys," if you pick the Giants, they must actually win the game by at least three points; if you pick the Cowboys, you would win if they actually won the game or lost by two points or less.

Level 4: 2 Game differentials. Pick two games and specify them to have a score differential of either 10+ or 5-. Make sure to specify which you pick, if you pick a score to be 10+ and the score ends up 3 apart, you don't get that one correct.

Level 5: 2 Over/Unders: I will now provide over/unders for each game. This number relates to the final score. You must choose 2 of the games and decide whether the final score will be OVER the number I provided or UNDER the number I provided. You must get both of these correct to advance.

Level 6: Pleaser: Pick one team to win using the spread, but with the pleaser, you lose 6 points on the spread. In other words, add six points in whichever direction makes it harder to win. For example, a (-2.5) spread becomes (-8.5), a (+3.5) becomes a (-2.5) spread, etc.

Thanksgiving week, and while I'm thankful for all the participants who have stuck with me on my first year of doing this, @HBJDubs is thankful that he finally gets out of Level 7, and just in time, since Tiebreakers are here. The question goes to anyone high up, do you spend those bonus points and try to pass HBJ, or try to get lucky and catch him, then try to outscore him.

A few ground rules:
-Please say which level you are on when you post your pick. In most cases it will be obvious, but this makes it easier for me to record the picks.
-The deadline to make a pick is at the start of the second set of games on Sunday afternoon (4:25 PM ET). That means no SNF/MNF picks after most all the games have started or finished. You cannot pick a game that has already started.
-The deadline to answer the bonus question is at the start of games on Sunday (1 PM ET).
-Please post the spreads with your picks, it makes it much easier for me.
-I get my spreads from an online site providing lines from several sources, both in Vegas and out. Although these sources may continue to change their lines throughout the week, the ones I post in the topic are frozen and final for our purposes.
-You may use bonus points to skip any level after it is guaranteed you cannot pass it (at the end of the week's games, typically). You may only skip the level before I have posted the next week's topic. The price for skipping is in proportion to the level you are skipping. Skipping level 1 would take 1 bonus point, level 2 will take 2, level 5 will take 5. So on and so forth.

Level 1: Pick a winner. Simply pick one team to win their game. If they win, you go on to level 2.

Level 2: Pick an Underdog to win. You must pick a team that is an underdog to win their game.
Underdogs will always be the team listed second.

Level 3: 2 Games with Spread. Using the spreads I provide, pick 2 games. You must get both correct to move on. Spreads work by giving (-) or getting (+) points. The team that is the favorite to win "gives" points to the underdog. If you choose the favorite to win, they must still win after "giving" those points to the underdog. If you choose the underdog, you would be correct if they win the game after "getting" those points. For example, if a game says "Giants (-2.5) vs. Cowboys," if you pick the Giants, they must actually win the game by at least three points; if you pick the Cowboys, you would win if they actually won the game or lost by two points or less.

Level 4: 2 Game differentials. Pick two games and specify them to have a score differential of either 10+ or 5-. Make sure to specify which you pick, if you pick a score to be 10+ and the score ends up 3 apart, you don't get that one correct.

Level 5: 2 Over/Unders: I will now provide over/unders for each game. This number relates to the final score. You must choose 2 of the games and decide whether the final score will be OVER the number I provided or UNDER the number I provided. You must get both of these correct to advance.

Level 6: Pleaser: Pick one team to win using the spread, but with the pleaser, you lose 6 points on the spread. In other words, add six points in whichever direction makes it harder to win. For example, a (-2.5) spread becomes (-8.5), a (+3.5) becomes a (-2.5) spread, etc.

Zeke and Sony may get there, and I'd say in the night game both teams have a chance to get there...

As of results of afternoon games, Zeke and Sony both stuck to mid 80s, and Fournette put up 97 yards, so just short. As of the night game, we're in the 4th quarter and 49ers have 3 RBs with yards in the 20s while Aaron Jones only has 38 yards. Doubt Jones is gonna get it, but still a lot of time to assume no one will break out for something huge.

Rashaad Penny, Nick Chubb and someone else who had 106 with Chubb. I forget who. The 4th one was Williams from the Colts, and we're only counting Sunday, so only the two current games and Sunday Night.

I think fight's easily a lot more controllable. The fact that banananor doesn't have Juggernaut this week is a lot more beneficial for me.

First and foremost, there's Emma Frost. Sage is here as her counter in psychic capabilities, since Sage can immune herself and deflect psychic abilities back at the user. From here, let's look at banananor's pitch. He has isolated characters put together because of a "mutants need to stick together" sort of mentality. I have a mutant pschologist on the field. She can just as easily manipulate their emotional disadvantages as she can work on healing the disadvantages of mine.

Wither is scared of his powers hurting those around him. Lionheart can use the Sword of Might to incapacitate him without letting him wither her. Morph can change to a state to be immune to Firestar and take her down. Sage is an excellent sniper who can use stun ammunition to take out Stringfellow early, or Morph just changes himself to make sure Stringfellow's powers don't work on him and takes him out. Leaving Synch and Random. Isolating them leads to one major thing. Dane Whitman is not a mutant. Neither have powers to beat him and he doesn't even have to cut them down, being someone capable of fighting Captain America unarmed.

It wasn't Snake but it was... Oh duh. Scarlet only voted Pitch side as he said he'd do. Pretty much the case with every round.

In any case, I probably could have done better in the fight if I challenged it. But basically no one on Gold side fought Mercs-style on it so I just sat around like... "Yeah, not worth the effort to spawn an argument." Destroying pitch on my weak first draft was good enough. I shall work on second draft tonight.

On mine, Snake and Prof specifically didn't pick in fight because of seeing a bit of evenly matched. Prof specifically didn't vote because of bias towards my team in that evenly matched side of things.

Indianapolis Colts @ Houston Texans
Colts demonstrated a very tough rush offense even after Mack went out with an injury, and some teams have failed against backups. Colts also have a tougher defenses, especially with Reid out for the Texans. Hell, not just Reid, Texans are beat up in the secondary and are potentially facing Hilton coming back after FP in Wednesday's practice. This is a full force Colts offense, even without Mack.

Level 7: QB, RB, WR: Pick 1 player to throw a touchdown pass, 1 player to rush for a touchdown, and 1 player to catch a touchdown pass. They must all be from different teams, and must also combine for at least 4 touchdowns in their respective positions. Typically you will be picking a QB, RB, and WR, but you may pick players from other positions to fill those roles (i.e. a TE or RB to get a receiving touchdown).
