Okay, I reopened the app and now I see it, so nvm. Just was a weird situation.

They changed the store layout apparently by the time I turned it on and now it doesn't show any free games.

I got mine and thought about doing the same, but I was way too curious and curled the edges like a bad child.

psaltery/Blackscar went full on a bit of my priorities, which actually leads to a funny scenario with each.
Dragon Age Origins on Steam helps me not play the non-DLC version I have on Origin, and probably helps me with my recent Skyrim fix with a different, but similar genre game showing up in my list. Shall be good to seriously play that one again since... almost a decade ago now.

Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition is one I kinda push the idea of playing the older one with a friend, and the new one may end up delayed in being played but it lets me switch it up and play the new stuff it added instead when alone. Also probably gets me off of my Civ6 Scenario fix with a game I like better than Civ.

Then there's Valheim, which due to the new expansion there was talk among a friend group of mine of playing it again, but this time I get to be involved, yay.

In, as per usual considering this year I have a new laptop. Meaning some people can throw a bit of caution to the wind of trying to keep games lower end for me. Of course, higher end games generally are on the pricier side so I wouldn't expect too much. Just saying that it's less... necessary to go straight after my wishlist if you look at the games I play and think I'd like some favorite game of your own.

I'm still using a random office chair that was being given away for free on my street like 6-7 years ago. I'm dreading the day when I have to actually buy a new one.

As a continuation of Wind Waker, it does quite well to tie bits of the conclusion of Wind Waker with a new game. Minimal has changed, they've sailed off the regular map, but a new enemy has come after having possessed a ghost ship. The villain is lifeless, however. The Linebeck story, including the little Jolene stuff is really good, but after following WW and TP, the story of Ciela was just an attempt to make a more story inclusive fairy than the likes of Navi/Tatl. Oshus wasn't even that interesting either, and her story revolved around him being interesting.
It did become a neat use of stopping time, but it wasn't used nearly enough to be good, and Tetra being non-existent after you go to the ship the first time didn't help the interest of the game. Getting gorons back into the Wind Waker world was nice though.

It's overhated for what it is, gave us a lot of conclusions to storylines from the first two games but also came with the continuation of one that will never be finished thanks to this game. Sadly the first four playable characters ended up feeling very underwhelming story-wise to the second set of four, which limits the really good things it did.
