Like, $100 a week for video chatting 30 minutes each week? God damn man. And I'm pretty sure that's on the cheap side for therapy. If the question is does therapy work, it depends on your chemistry with the therapist and your willingness to be honest and put in the effort to apply the interventions they teach you to ensure you are reaching positive outcomes. A lot of times just having someone to talk to is a huge weight off your mind.I definitely believe therapy can be helpful, just I guess the idea of that screen barrier is kinda off putting, feels like it'd be hard to open up. --- "She was like, 'Oh, did you see that firefighter?
