That's wild man, thank you for sharing her story. That sounds awful to live with and with most western medicine she would have just been drug along until her quality of life was just beyond comprehension in n LTAC or some shit.

What specialty are you?

Case manager for psych patients. I basically drive around the city and give LAI to schizophrenics living on the streets. We try to get them housing but some of them have such negative symptoms they can't even use a debit card, but they don't want to be in a facility.

There's bigger sign-on bonuses now and you can't beat the GI bill if you want to go to university. If you can get accepted, you can attend and ivy league school and get paid for it. You can get a lot of classes done in the military or even get an entire bachelors and then have the GI bill pay for your masters or doctorate. Imagine becoming an MD with zero student loan debt.

It's not that bad depending on what job you do. It has some suck but you can live a pretty normal life, work out a lot and get paid to live in a lot of pretty unique places. I had an amazing apartment on the beach in North Carolina when I was stationed there, all paid for by BAH. I didn't want to do it for a career but my five years went by fast.

Decrease in smoking and better hypertension treatment is probably the biggest contributors IMO. Most dementia is vascular dementia and less smoking helps with that.

Its not cute, it's not quirky, and if it's part of your personality than you have a shitty personality. If you're the person that everyone knows is going to be late to everything then you're an asshole. Get ready at an earlier time, you know how long it's going to take to get ready. You aren't being an individual or sticking it to authority by being late to your friends brunch invite. Just try your best to show up on time. You don't need to be perfect every time but being late on purpose is a fucking character flaw.

TopicAnyone have/had shoulder impingement and came back from it?
Uglybass69

Physical therapist said I had it in my left shoulder and I started doing rehab in December of last year. I could barely lift my arm up laterally at that point, but after a few months of weekly rehab I was able to lift it without pain and bench press a 15lb dumbbell. I am now benching 50lb dumbbells in a neutral grip with minor discomfort but I can't do much else involving my shoulder without a lot of pain or just weakness.

I do all the exercises I was prescribed and I worked up slowly to where I am at with bench press, avoiding barbell bench and overhead press completely as per my PT's instruction, but it still hurts and I'm still so much weaker than I was before this all started. There's noticeably less muscle mass in my left pec area than in my right and the pain isn't constant but if I do anything the wrong way it flares up.

Anyone get diagnosed with this and get past it to how they felt before, or is it going to be like this forever?

I usually start with 1/4th of a cup and work my way up from there to taste. They used to make it sweeter back in the day, I'm not really sure what happened in their recipe or the way the manufacture it but something changed.

Anyway, I know I'm not the only one so what's ya'lls minimum?

They just move numbers on a computer screen from one digital account to another or tell their boss they can't move as many number to another account, all while wearing slick suits and working out all the time.

They just talk about money all the time and their life goal is money. Does this bother anyone in those careers? Your work isn't tangible, you aren't like "Wow I helped heal someone from a disease" or "I built a nice hardwood desk someone will use for hundreds of years", it's just "I move numbers and then I get paid $300k a year, he'll yea". Seems like an empty life.

In a pinch you can use phenibut, kava kava, propanolol, kratom or CBD. I would really try to find an alternative to benzos in the long run because the risk to reward is awful.
