My friends and I pretty much stopped playing after they switched to Caldera so we're excited to finally get back into it.

At first I thought they had replaced Mike Pollock in Frontiers, idk why but he sounded a bit off in the opening cutscene. Glad that's not the case though

The game has a lot of problems but yeah, actually playing it has been a ton of fun so far. I don't even like the boost formula games but even the cyberspace levels have been a fun change of pace so that was super unexpected for me. I bought God of War on Wednesday but haven't even started it up yet because Sonic is super easy to just hop into and have fun even for short sessions

He only just started the Patreon a few weeks ago after posting on Twitter for years so it's a bit weird that he gave up on it so quickly

Sounds like reception is a bit more negative than I expected but I havent found a game Ive been able to get into since Elden Ring so I think Im desperate enough to take my chances with this one

Its clearly superior than consoles but a lot of the advantages it provides arent super important to me, so I tend to play on consoles anyways.

That said, PC Master Race people drive me crazy and are just as annoying as any of the console fanboys. Theres so many of them and unlike console fanboys they seem to be generally accepted for some reason. I know its petty but they really pushed me away from even getting into PC gaming for a while.

I feel like I havent really heard anything about it since it came out. Is it any good? Im not huge into RPGs but SMT is one of the few exceptions, though even then I only like a handful of them.

I think I was waiting to hear about a potential PC port because some traces of that were found in the files, but now that its been about a year I feel like that wouldve been announced by now. Maybe I should wait until the 1 year anniversary just to be sure in case theres some contract in place with Nintendo. But I mean, its Altus, we only just now got P5R on PC so who knows with them.
