At the start of each battle, Daenarys will spend the first 10 seconds reciting her full list of titles.

"You stand before Daenerys Stormborn of House Targaryen, Rightful Heir to the Iron Throne, Rightful Queen of the Andals and the First Men, Protector of the Seven Kingdoms, The Mother of Dragons, The Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, The Unburnt, The Breaker of Chains." (Passive) - At the start of each battle, Daenarys will spend the first 10 seconds reciting her full list of titles. This Passive overwrites any enemy Start of Battle abilities for the first 10 seconds of battle (so a Start of Battle effect that would last for the first 30 seconds lasts for the first 20 instead).

"Dracarys." (Start of Battle)) - Once every four weeks, one randomly selected enemy Merc will start the match on fire.

UPGRADES:

Daenarys is immune to all forms of damage during her title recitation.

Dracarys now hits a preselected Merc. Daenarys' leader may also set the chosen terrain on fire for an additional week of cooldown.

(New ABILITY TYPE; XX EXP)

"Where are my dragons?!" (Pre-Battle) - Every week in Wartime, Daenarys' leader may ask where her dragons are any number of times. Upon a successful asking, Daenarys' other two dragons Rhaegal and Viserion will be available to be rostered this week (as 5/week Neutral Male Beasts and taking up the usual number of spots).

This ability starts at a 10% chance of success and goes up by 10% each time "Where are my dragons?!" is asked. This percentage chance carries over from week to week, but resets down to 10% upon a successful asking. This ability goes on cooldown for two weeks plus the number of times "Where are my dragons?!" was asked this Wartime.

I honestly think that's the biggest obstacle with Mercs at the moment - it's a huge time investment to play/admin this game (although definitely more so to admin) and that leads to a lot of fatigue, I think. I think a more comprehensive rules page would help out admins a ton, but that's (again) a huge time investment up front for time saving later on. It would help out with drama things though, since doing rulings on the fly often leaves people unhappy.

I don't remember what the deal was with not declaring passives was, but I forgot about Genez in results.

Also, Oak is 15/15 new ability, I think everything else is correct (depending on if Ryu's Accession is 5 or 4 weeks base).

Couldn't have rostered Lilith, I had to roster as close to 7 upkeep as possible and Archer couldn't be rostered because I need to roster Cloud as well, so my choices were Cloud + Nilin or Terra and a 3.

Ryu3 probably goes down first, causing Terra to Trance. Then it's just a question of if Dante can survive Trance Terra spamming Ultima in a very small room. Truly a question for the ages.

I loved Lorwyn's art for how different it was from typical Magic sets - there's still some good card art out there, but I think a lot of the digital art comes across as sterile and bland.
