Honestly if that was the worst case scenario I'd say have at it.

Realistically if you did this we'd end up with several things worse than COVID-19

1. Potentially a worse variant than Delta
2. Completely overloaded medical staff
3. Many of those patients are far right and likely to not have insurance either because they're still mad about Obamacare which means hospitals everywhere are now bankrupt
4. The vaccine still isn't 100% effective so you'll end up killing many vaccinated people anyway.
5. People who catch COVID can catch it again.

Easily solution is to not let them go to hospitals and force them to remain quarantined
