Nobody, but to everyone with a functional brain, the first question one should ask before making any meal, is "how can I make this healthier?" Considering the pathetic state that the average health most North Americans is in, it's not that difficult to do.

1. Moronic government employees give themselves more benefits and bigger increases despite holding the easiest jobs which are basically the equivalent of overpaid desk clerks.
2. Tell every other public servants that there is no money, to fuck off and spend less.

Hamburger helper is garbage, but changing the recipe a little can make it healthier.

1. Remove about 100 mL of the liquid with the most quantity. This will make the mix more thick.
2. Cut the meat quantity by over half.
3. Add healthier things, like peas, lentils, cut broccoli, etc.

You'll turn a unhealthy meal to something more reasonable health wise without making any compromise portion wise.

Thank you for the suggestions! The orthopedic surgeon I went to today rented me out a pair of crutches and sized them to me, so Im good there at least. Just going to be annoying navigating all the stairs at work and to my apartment now lol
