The Xbox conference did a great job of showing me games Ill buy for my PS4. I do not think it did a good job of convincing people to go out and invest in the Xbox One because whats the point? You can get most of those good looking games on the PS4 while also having access to PS4 exclusives.

Lets face it. Halo is a shell of its former self and Gears has become stale. Forza does look good but thats only one game. Im sure Battletoads will be cool but we didnt even see gameplay. The only reason why Microsoft won is because Sony thought they could go another E3 without trying too hard to win and Nintendo thought Smash was enough.

Personally, I have no reason to turn on my Xbox until 2019 when Cuphead DLC and Battletoads come out and thats disappointing.

Here are a few of the problems I've noticed with Spider-Man PS4 web slinging so far. First, the swinging animation starts before the web attaches and tensions. Second, the web angle and direction doesn't change Spider-Man's trajectory at all. Also, the web doesn't seem to interact with any objects other than its attachment point. Lastly, there's no momentum buildup. It all fades away once the swinging starts.

Game still looks good. I just want Spider-Man 2 web slinging back again.

I definitely liked seeing FF characters make appearances throughout the Kingdom Hearts games and I do feel as if their absence will be felt especially if Hollow Bastion/Radiant Garden is brought back in Kingdom Hearts III. Since this is apparently the end of the Xehanort saga, I think that the FF characters we've seen up to this point should have satisfying closures to their story. I'm mainly talking about Cloud here.

Upside to buying it for the Wii is that I will have physical copies of all the Xenoblade Chronicles games which is something I really like. Downside is that it's about $25 more than buying digitally.

Upside to buying the Wii U digital version is that it's only $20. Downside is that I don't have that hard copy.

Thoughts? I'm leaning towards buying it for the Wii. I know a lot of people support buying games digitally but I love having that physical copy if I can get it.

Kill la Kill The Game has been officially announced by animation house Studio Trigger and game publisher and developer Arc System Works.

Following a countdown clock for a mystery collaboration between two companies, a game based off the popular anime series Kill la Kill is being developed by APLUS Games and is set for a 2019 release.

On their official website, Kill la Kill The Game is listed as a "battle action" title that supports up to two players, and looks to play in the same vein as Dragon Ball FighterZ or the recently announced Jump Force.

Though no platforms have been announced, more details are set to come from Anime Expo 2018, which takes place July 5-8 in the Los Angeles Convention Center. The Arc System Works booth will feature guests-of-honor Kill la Kill Character Designer Sushio and Creative Officer Hiromi Wakabayashi.

Ridley was very clearly the big boy meme for a long time and Sakurai has been explicit that the demand for him was overwhelming but he was seen as too difficult to faithfully implement.

Nah, he's right. Nioh suffered from poor level design, not enough enemy types, a horrible loot system, and some really bad bosses. The combat is probably the only saving grace of that game.

Here's the summary:

- Its an open world game.
- The game is grounded and realistic.
- The trailer we saw last night is not part of the main story, its a side quest!
- Landscapes range from the swaying bamboo forests of the countryside, to the urban centers of ornate castles.
- There a lot of stories in the game that you may not find them all.
- There are many side characters in the game, most which have sidequests.
- Main storyline will be Jin vs. the Mongols.
- The game is a original work of fiction they are not rebuilding history stone by stone.
- Hes had to go beyond his samurai training in order to fight back against the Mongols.
- The theme of the combat is mud, blood, and steel. Expect to get dirty and muddy.
- Possibility of other weapons but theyre only showing the katana right now.
- Sucker Punch teases that Jin's combat style abandons some samurai techniques, swapping them for the "violent grace of a silent assassin".
- Jin has learned to use a grapple hook but this is not part of his samurai training. Hes had to learn new tricks to silently kill the Mongols.
- Strong focus on minimalism for the graphics, you see the things that are more pronounce.
- Movement is the environment theme, expect everything to move - blowing trees, windy fields, falling leaves.
- Everything you can see in the background you can go to such as a Pagoda and Mongol ships, you have the freedom to go where you want at your on pace.
- They want to give players a lot of navigational options.
- There will be a minimal game HUD but theyre not showing it just yet.
- Looks like theres a photo mode.
- You can play the game with a Japanese voice track.
- The main character is called Jin Sakai.
- Jins nickname is The Ghost of Tsushima.
- Jin has become a legend in Japan called The Ghost.
- Jin will change what is wearing. In a rain-drenched part of the world Jin has traded his traditional armor for a straw raincoat called a mino.
- You can ride a horse, and that horses name is Nobu.
- Expect that level of detail (E3 2018 trailer) in the whole game.

This is going to sound like an asshole thing to say but I don't really interact with my older brother's wife because of how she's shitting on me for my height. His new wife is ALWAYS making side comments about my height. My brother is 6'1". I'm 5'7". First time I met my brother's wife, the first thing she said to me was "Wow, thought you'd be taller". Ever since then, it's nonstop comments about how I'm tiny or how small I am compared to other people. When there's a moment where no one is talking, she'll say something about my height.

I haven't said anything about it but I might have to if this keeps up. I'm all for joking around but it really doesn't feel like she's joking with me at this point. I get it. I'm short. She doesn't have to keep reminding me and everyone else in the room.

I feel bad for anyone who doesn't really care for Smash. The new Fire Emblem looks cool. That mech game looked good. Hopefully, the new Mario Party is a return to form. I personally can't wait for the Xenoblade DLC.

No Metroid Prime 4, no Yoshi, no Bayonetta 3, no whatever else I'm forgetting. I would take a cool CG trailer over nothing at all. Overall, it was a great Smash direct. Not the best Nintendo direct.

I agree. In my opinion, the less tattoos the better. Unfortunately, most of the young women I see nowadays have tattoos. One girl I know is getting all of her back done. Another is getting tattoos on her side. My sister already has over 10 tattoos. Even the girl I'm crushing on at the gym has a decent amount of tattoos on her.
