I'm paranoid to go anywhere with large crowds or sketchy streets at night. Bunch of loonies out there with no respect for human life, this is just awful. Thoughts and prayers to her family during this tough time.

I did manage to cut out beef and pork. I now only eat chicken and fish, with the former only rarely nowadays. I still eat eggs but no milk. Almond milk is pretty good.
