I think it's fairly obvious Ulti commented without actually reading the article, which on one hand is dumb and you should really know what you're commenting on before you do so, but also I do think we should probably stop short from throwing "Ulti's racist" around since it really is likely he's not defending any of the shit this guy actually did.

I haven't been following Matt Riddle or his allegations but something about that denial rubs me the wrong way and I can't figure out what (besides my general inclination to err on the side of believing the accuser)

I would have singled out David Starr from that list too even before the allegations last month. He's a very good in-ring/promo, but he really doesn't fit in with that bunch.

I would have thought of myself as his biggest fan here and definitely agree with this. He was one of the best in the world for a short run, but this is a top 100 of all time!

Lol. You guys are getting fired up now. Lots of passion for wrestlers from other countries than my own. I can appreciate that. They are probably great and legends in their own right. Not my top guys because I only follow it in America.

To my own personal bias, a top 20 list should look a lot more like this:

The top of the list is going to have a lot of the same names here! But I was disputing the idea that recognising wrestling outside of wwe is a thing unique to board 8 - when in fact this board has more wwe leaning than a typical wrestling community (obviously because we have people who it's a very casual interest of, to be expected as we are not a wrestling community per se)

I get what you're saying. If this was a non-Board 8 list and just a list of the best 100 wrestlers ever, then there would be much fewer Japan, Mexico, and indie stars. Like 15 tops if you combined them all.
