I only think that way about people like in those comments and others who whine that they can't smoke everywhere anymore. Lots of bans started happening when I was a smoker. Many restaurants got rid of their smoking sections and people would have to be 25 feet from entrances of buildings and such when smoking. I didn't get mad and continue smoking in or by them out of spite. I dealt with it and smoked elsewhere because I recognized cigarette smoke bothers others. It's almost 2024 and everyone knows you can't smoke on a plane. This dude did it anyway and people defend him. That's nuts.

We're stuck with the shitty Democratic party for now. Sadly, we have to keep voting for them because the other option is a Republican takeover. We have to stop Republicans now and then stop Democrats later by electing actual progressive politicians. We can't do that if Republicans win. Our two party system holds us back, but we have to work within it for now, as bad as it is.

For some reason conservatives just want women to die from pregnancy complications. Maybe they see women who can't "properly" give birth to viable children as expendable. They never do give a good reason for it. Most of them just ignore cases like this or deflect to something else and say it's somehow the fault of liberals or Democrats.

Those who recognize how shady this is would have then and conservatives are fine with the rich doing shady financial things, not paying taxes, and exploiting everyone else.
