Oh definitely. Especially since she offered to use her water to heal his scar, which I hope never happens because it makes his character stand out.

I've seen bits of seasons 1 and 2 when they aired, but I've never seen any season 3 episodes so excited to see what's next.

And then on to Korra.

I'm up to the third season now. I thought Zuko would finally join their team during the season 2 finale in time for Aang to learn fire bending. But damn that did not go as I expected.

Also, the episode that ended with For Mako got me fucked up.

I love the anime movie Jin Roh. Its a poignant film and one of Oshiis best.

I don't mind buying stuff on Amazon Prime but I much prefer owning the physical copy if I have to buy it. One of my coworkers recently asked me to go with him to this really great DVD shop which you could literally spend hours in so I might end up buying it some time this month.

The anime has covered all of the currently released volumes of the light novel and the author has been having health issues, so it's been on hiatus since 2018. In 2021 he said in an interview that he was starting to feel better and was working on the next volume, but there's been no word since then.

That's really sad. I hate unfinished stuff. Hopefully it gets a resolution!

The Sinnoh games were my favorites for a long time, which is one reason I was so disappointed with the remakes being as terrible as they were.

I bought them day 1 and I only ever got 1-2 gym badges.

People talking about gen 1 and 2 don't know what it's like living in America and being able to schedule a trade with someone in Europe or Japan.

For gen 1 there was a bunch of people I could trade with at school but for gens 2 - 3 I had no one except my sister, which was fine because she had the opposite color as me. But being able to trade with hundreds of people per week was so different it was difficult to keep up with them all.

I played it In 2011 and it was perfection and heavenly i couldnt believe I avoided it cos of my self perceived view of the game which taught me a quick early lesson to be less judgemental

Oh yeah that is one Pokmon that could get you anything and iirc it was easier to get Feebas to evolve in D/P. In R/S it was annoying.

Great memories of playing Pokemon Diamond, Animal Crossing: Wild World and Mario Party DS

The only shiny I've ever caught (aside from that default Gyarados in whatever game that was) was a Machoke in Diamond.

Thats a great shiny. Do you still have it? Wild World was also great but I still prefer the original.

That was one of the best times I've ever had playing Pokemon. X/Y was also crazy due to Friend Safari but nothing beats the craziness of when Diamond/Pearl was released. If you made a topic on the trading board it was instantly on page 4 or 5. Everyone was trading like crazy trying to get the best Pokemon on their teams. I remember focusing on selling Gible eggs and getting all the starters and then selling their eggs. Selling Dittos was also very popular.

I miss that era of video games.

Each vendor has one new weapon and thats it. I like exploring for weapons but would be nice to have a variety some times.

I was watching an episode and it was already pretty sad with Iroh having a picnic on his sons birthday.

But then it ends with the words For Mako and I asked my sister what that meant and she said that was the final episode his VA recorded and that he died.

What an incredible final episode for him to record, though.
