I think the music was like that in the original Japanese release as well.

Same with the Smash DLC, where the game itself only got the MIDI versions of those songs, despite the character trailer using the orchestral versions.

You're correct with the 3DS version of Dragon Quest VIII, though; the Japanese version had the orchestral soundtrack, while the international versions had MIDI.

The Wii is garbage for placement. You have to account for the sensor and motion controls.

Just keep the sensor bar in front of the TV, and you'll be fine. And as mentioned, its cable is very long.

According to my parents, me and my younger sister had a strange encounter when we were very young, where the room got really cold, my sister started crying for no reason, and at one point, I said to seemingly no one "How do you know my name?"

I don't remember this at all, but if it did happen (I have no reason to think both my parents lied to us, and my did even wrote down the events on a sheet of paper right after it happened), it must have been so frightening that I mentally blocked it from my memory completely.

As much as I agree that billionaires should be taxed more (since taxes should be proportional to an individual's wealth), there's also the real possibility of them picking up shop and settling in some other country with more lax tax laws if we try to implement this.

A Black family wants to move out of their inner-city environment. After extensive searching, they find what seems like a very nice house in an idyllic, quiet suburb that's in their price range, with some of the highest-rated public schools in the area for their kids. They're excited to move there, but soon are hit with heavy pushback from the existing residents, who are mostly White with a number of Asian individuals and families scattered within. The (borderline violent) resistance is based purely on the fact that the new family is Black, nothing more.

Obviously, the residents here are in the wrong, but what do you think the Black family should do? Should they move in anyway and hope that the neighbors get over it, or should they write this area off and look for another neighborhood that's less hostile to their presence?
